Just to say that our consultant last week said you do have to count the alcohol as syns even when cooking! Sorry to be the bearer of bad news
Stuff that for a lark, I won't be cooking with it anymore then
Hope all goes well tomorrow TIE xxA positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effortMortgage Balance = £0

Hi. Can i join in? I am going to start at SW. Really struggling with my weight i havevonly put on a stone in 5 years but i have 3.5 to lose. I have a million bad habits. Here is my days food intake.
B. Omelette tiny amount of cheese. Slice toast.
L. One slice toast, one cheese slice, pickle and very small piece of fruitcake.
D. Steak, baked potato, grilled tomatoes, mushrooms and one teaspoon pesto. Peach and 2 satsumas.
Does this sound like a disaster to you as experts? I suppose i shouldnt have had cake or cheese?0 -
I'm not sure if you were trying to count the fruit in the cake as superfreeI need to make a new list for 2014
think of something to put on it!:rotfl:
Try harder for 2014 as I never managed it in 2012 or 20130 -

Hi sophistica:wave:
That's not a bad menu for a start, you'll soon adapt to SW. The very first post on this thread gives a lot of useful info about the plan. This is what I'd ask/suggest about today's food:- any frying needs to be with a frylight spray
- bread/toast needs to be wholemeal (2 small loaf slices) or WW Brown Danish (3 slices)
- you can have a small amount of cheese but did you have milk as well?
- pesto, cake and pickle together probably haven't taken you over syns (treats) for the day
- dinner's fine for fruit & veg but none at breakfast or lunch
Good Luck. You'll get loads of support and motivation on here.
It definitely works, just look how Senora Pie's doing!!:T0 -

WI last night and lost 1.5 lbs. This takes me to 3.5lbs below target. Oops. I have until next week to put on that 0.5lb or go for another 7lbs (in effect only 3.5lbs) which would take me into the 8's. Ideally I didn't want to do this until after Xmas, so I might have to have a few 'naughties' to put that 0.5lb back on this week
Hope today hasn't been too horrendous for you TIE xLBM Dec 10. Total unsecured debt £41176  Nov 12 Debt Free Thanks Mum x RIP x
