I think you should go. It'll motivate you to get on plan for the coming week and I'm sure you won't be the only one struggling. Do you do meal planning/food diary? That always helps me to focus.

If you have paid - GO!

There is no harm in taking the scenic route & putting on - we are human & this is the whole reaon why we are with Slimming World!

I had lost 4st 2.5lbs up to last August - but i have now only lost 2sst 6lbs   - but not once have i never gone to group!

As you have paid - go and get your moneys worth by getting your consultant to give you a boost!

Plus - you may have lost! Which would spur you on a little more!

You don't know you have gained until you get on the scales!

Sorry for the rant! (i'm not telling you off by the way!) :rotfl:

TIE - I am so sorry for your trouble - just ring the fraud dept of your bank and let them deal with it. We had the same with Lloyds and they were fantastic and very helpful.

Will be thinking of you tomorrow (((HUGS)))

tie - hope tomorrow goes as well as it can be. I buried my dad 7 years ago and it turned out to be an okay day, with lots of lovely memories of him.

1tomamy - go if you've paid. at least you'll know where you are and find your mojo again.

afm - red today.......and still hungry
b: 28g weetabix oatibix heb, milk hea
l: bacon, egg, tin toms, 2 nimble heb, scrape of flora 1syn
d: slice ham, rocket, watercress, spinach, tomatoe. 2tbsp xtra light mayo - 1 syn.
snack: mullerlight.....i might go have an apple now too.
random craving for shandy bass - so found diet version and glugging that :)

disaster has struck - i though i was going to pizza express this weekend, planned my meal etc, turns out it is ASK Italian - menu does not look SW friendly. any ideas? or it'll be the boring spag bol for me :(..........they don't do the 500cal pizza, and even the salads look scary

TIE - the bank knows now so they will deal with it. Try to concentrate onyour Dad's funeral - it's an important rite in the grieving process and also it can be a fantastic celebration of someone's life. I hope it goes off well tomorrow.hugs.
  • Bad news about the bank TIE, happened to a friend of mine last year. They got everything back though, so try not to worry too much, especially at the moment x

I am :j:j today as I lost 4lb this week!! Makes 1 1/2 stone in 7 weeks so I couldn't be happier with my progress. Long way to go but I'm going the right way.

    Extra easy day

    B plum, satsuma, raspberries, m'lite
L egg and bacon omelette, rocket, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, beetroot
D chicken and tomato curry, added peppers and mange tout

Banana, hifi heb, 2 x babybel and 9 syns of chocolate fingers :D

Wonder if I had enough superfree.... :rotfl:

I was *very* naughty after weigh in last night though :o:D
