Anyway over the past days I have found myself getting lightheaded and weak when I get up or rush to do something. Has anyone else felt like this while doing SW? I have been doing red days mostly and cutting back on wine!! (although I am a cheese & wine person rather than chocolate;))

I think you're sobering up :rotfl:.

Seriously, yes, I've had this once or twice, usually when I've not had enough carbs I think.

annie - are you drinking enough? dizziness often happens on standing (called postural hypotension) when your blood pressure drops a bit when you stand quickly or in the morning after sleep.
it is fine the rest of the time.
if you drink more you up your blood volume and the problem should stop.

afm - i did go to class - pleasantly surprised at the scales as i've lost 4lb without trying in the last 6 weeks (but have had surgery so yuk hospital food).

That's very do-able piglet. It took me 10 months to lose that amount of weight so you're doing famously!!:T Is your target close?

    My EE plan for today:

B: NAS squash, HEB toast, fried egg, mushrooms, tomatoes, HEA milk for teas
    L: Bubble & squeak, ham
    D: steak with???
    Snacks: Marmite on toast

Syns: Not sure, I'm having a pub meal and I know I can be SW friendly there. I'll definitely have a steak but may have chips instead of the JP I've been having for past year:( plus a single glass of wine. Being at target is great but I am being careful to keep a rein on my treats.

deliberate mistake yesterday i was a green day not red....not sure anyone noticed though ;)

    today green again
    b - 2 weetabix & skimmed milk
    l - 2 nimble, 3 laughing cow light, salad
d- planning sw chips and egg.
syns - scrape of flora at lunch.

piglet you are doing great - i've never lost a lot of weight with sw. 1'm a stone lighter then when i started in the summer.....but at 11.5 stone could loose another 2 stone i think.

in class yesterday 3 peeps were on fast forward  sounded grim. anyone done it? .........need to shift this weight!

piglet -- well done. You are doing great. :T

I have messed about and as I said the kick and reading these posts have put me back on track. So today the scales said 6lb away :j
Saidan I do drink a lot and sometimes I think too much. Somedays I drink up to 10+ pints (of water) but I have been drinking like that all my life. I was concerned about the low blood pressure so am keeping track!

    Today

    B -- banana/yog/coffee
    L -- hm veg soup
D -- not sure - SW sausages and red oinion/ veg and pots

    sns -- melon/apple/mugshot/salad/piece of salmon
