Morning all.
Has anyone got any brilliant tips for low-syn chocolate bars that they use for THOSE moments when you just really need something chocoaltey or sweet? I've already discovered the cadbury light mousse, whcih are 2.5 syns, but they aren't always handy when you need one. I guess I'm thinking of something like a curly wurly which I know on WeightWatchers is low points (I checked on syns and they aren't particularly low). Or anything you alwys throw in the trolley at the supermarket for snacky syns during the week?
Thanks! I am doing it online without any books so there may well be some list somewhere that I'm unaware of, but if you could help me out that would be great.0 -

Hi Sarah
i don't know if this will help but if you go on the SW online site and login you'll see at the bottom right a bit called 'Syns tools' in that there's a 'Syns online' link and you might be able to find something there.

Yes thanks Tracey, I do use that all the time - but you have to know what you're looking for, you can't do a reverse search for 'all the chocolate bars that are four syns or less' - wish you could!0

"Slinks into room"
Hi folks, I've not posted for an absolute age, (hangs head in shame)in fact hardly anyone will probably even remember me so I should probably regard this as a fresh start on the here. I've been lurking and keeping an eye on things on here.
My heartfelt sympathy goes out to take it easy, try and look after yourself you have different prioritys at the moment and you shouldn't feel guilty about that. I'm pleased to see flat eric and blackberry are still here, my old sparing partner dizzy's on hol's so she'll not mention the famous 'rocky road desert incident' (I thought I'd get in first :rotfl:) or give me a hard time lol. And there are a few others that I remember.
Basically I'm really in need of a big kick up the jacksy, I did my 'Christmas Wish' at group as to achieve ( a revised, as I really had it too low before) target by Christmas .........well that aint gonna happen unless I pull my proverbial finger out.
I remember this place has always been a fab place for help and support and I'm going to try and get on here regularly to help me keep on the straight and narrow as much as possible, also if I can support anyone else along the way I'll be happy too. When Life Throws You Lemons Make Lemonade0 -

I tend to go for the treat size multipacks you can buy. Treatsize crunchies are 4 syns as are the treatsize cadbury caramel. Treat size buttons are also 4 syns. It gives me a chocolate fix but without too much syn damage and the buttons in particular, you can savour...0
