Today has gone pear shaped as I haven't been very organised....

I'm planning on making both a chilli tomorrow and a beef casserole. Both will be SW friendly.

Will mean a bit of faff but will mean plenty of meals for freezer which will be greatly appreciated when I can't be bothered to cook.

A very early start is on the cards tomorrow which always throws me out because I usually end up having lunch about 11am meaning I'm hungry well before tea time.

Intend to meal plan for the week tomorrow and finish looking through sw books for recipes and ideas.

not sure what the scales will say on Tuesday as this week like many others hasn't gone as planned but hey ho.. will get there.

Resisted the temptation when visiting supermarket earlier not to buy naughty desert just because its saturday and thought I could make do with greek 0% yogurt, red fruits and meringue nest:j

I'm trying to give myself a few extra syns to maintain but it's sooo easy to lose control if I'm not careful.

    Today's EE menu:
B: NAS squash, HEB porage, HEA milk plus teas, banana, dessert spoon of syrup
L: veg stir fry with golden rice
D: philly pasta with bacon, spring onion and mushrooms
    Syns: weekend wine:j

I can never get my head around Green days or why philly is a HEB so I'm calling it EE and synning the Philly. So probably a few extra today, tomorrow I'm having lamb and I'm not going to remove all visible fat:D then back firmly on the tank on Monday.

Talking of tanks, dizzy if you should log on , have a great holiday and enjoy every mouthful!

Thank you so much Dizzy, I can always rely on your hugs :A Have a fabulous holiday and try everything going so you can tell us all about it when you get back.

I have kept to a sort of routine today [in between bouts of hysteria] so WI and lost another lb. 6.5lb UNDER target now so must try not to lose any more, could be tricky as not eaten much today.

    -1lb

I seem to have slowed down the weight loss at the moment - I have been having more red days than green so that could be the reason. We are eating out of the freezer at the moment as I am going to Costco on the 19th to do my Christmas food shop. I am sure I will need plenty of space in there ;)

Some fab losses out there - well done to all of you toot.gif
