So pleased you got your magic ear sorted in time for your holiday dizzy :j:beer::D Have a fab time :j:j:j

please can you all share what you are having for dinner tonight? I can never be bothered to cook on a Friday and need some ideas of easy no fuss meals that are sw friendly.... If I could be bothered to go to the supermarket, Pizza would probably end up in my basket

I'm going to make some pork, parsley and paprika meatballs and have with tomato sauce (with added veg) and wholewheat spaghetti.

Blackers THIS is your class and we don't charge a penny so very MSE, no trouble parking and no queueing either. Best of all no happy clapping [apart from this sort :T].
We'll keep you on the straight and narrow, I have been at [below] target for over a year now and if I can do it so can you. I maintain by losing and gaining the same lb week after week :rotfl:. The target sofa is VERY comfy so come on and join us, I'll budge up and you can have the warm bit :rotfl:.

Awww thanks, TIE, can I have my old place back, there - right in the middle of the sofa so when Dizzy starts doing her dodgy driving I don't fall off! x Must change my sig actually as it waffles on about losing more weight :D

Ditto re Dizzy's new temporary ear! At least you'll hear the music on holiday now - AND REMEMBER NOT TO WEAR IT IN THE SHOWER! I SAY, REMEMBER NOT TO WEAR IT IN THE SHOWER!

Flat Eric, I just had one of my favourite teas, lots of salady bits all chopped up, some soy sauce and a sprinkling of chilli as a dressing, all stuffed into two halves of a warmed up Co-op wholemeal pitta bread. Fast, tasty, filling and best of all only one dish to wash up :rotfl:
    :jThat's 2 stone 9 lbs gone forever:j

    thank you Slimming World!

:grouphug: this seems such a pathetic response tie,, but the best the board has to offer. Please accept my condolences to you and your family. You'll be in my thoughts and, I'm sure, those of all your virtual friends. xx
