Aaw thanks piglet  funny but i feel like ive lost inches as well as my clothes are a little less tight. Got my can of diet coke so defo gonna do the sticky bbq recipe tonight just hope it thickens up enough as some posters on fb have had probs with that. Ive also copied the sweet and sour recipe from facebook so ill post that as well in case anyones interested
    SWEET AND SOUR FANTA CHICKEN

    Cook off the chicken strips
Add large chunks of onions until they start to soften

Add a can of fanta 330mls diet of any fizzy diet orange drink
    3 tabs passatta
    1 veggie oxo cube
    1 teasp vinegar
a shake of dried chilli flakes depending on taste
add some peppers cut quite chunky
let it bubble away for about 20-30 mins until it starts to thicken up
at the last minute add some fresh pineapple or could use tinned pineapple but will have to syn the canned variety
serve with rice or dried cooked noodles
think ill do this 1 next week as i luv sweet and sour chicken , ive made the super speed soup and this time ive left it chunky and its much nicer yum:)

I don't know if its been posted before but sticking with the diet drinks theme I make rice pudding with diet American cream soda. Just cook the pudding rice in it and serve - no need to add anything else.

Its nice and sweet and slightly vanilla ish.

    HI folks

Just a quickie from me - I'm up to my eyeballs in suitcases & ironing at the moment after just coming home from doggie sitting and need to get my act together ready for the Hols on Sunday morn. I shall be back later however to read back what I've missed ;)

Just wanted to let you all know that I managed to get a 'loan' BAHA ear from the hospital while mine goes off for repair (phew what a relief that was) it was touch and go whether it would happen though :o as they only had 2 in stock....one was BLACK, and my hair is blonde so it would look ridiculous :o and the other was a blonde colour but for a left sided fixing (mine is on the right) anyway Ive got the latter....it just means that the sound isn't as 'spot on' as the microphone is located in a different place....but its not that noticable to be honest and I'm just soooooooo grateful to still have my hearing :A

Second bit of good news.... I weighed in at group yesterday witha 4lb loss :j:j:j:j

I was absolutely amazed as I don't normally get massive losses, I generally just chip away at it each week with a pound (or 2 if I'm really really lucky:p)

so I'm now down to exactly 10 stone and I've lost 3 stone 12.5

.........mmmmm I wonder how much I will put back on durung my 3 weeks in cuba:eek::D (remember I did 11lb in 4 weeks in Mexico last Xmas :rotfl::rotfl:) Well I've paid for it so I'm flipping well going to enjoy it!! then I'l jump back on the Tank when I get back ;)

D: chicken pie, SW chips, peas, mushrooms, tomatoes

Snacks: I could have toast & Marmite but probably won't bother after pastry etc
