weigh in number 15, and i just lost 0.5lbs:mad:
gutted....i was soooooo good!!
tho...i have to b mindful...i am only there 15 weeks....and i lost 2 stone 10.5lbs...:) i never expected to loose the guts of 3 stone this year,
still very disappointed!!! exercised every day, had 15 syns ONE day, every other day it was 1 / 3,
i dont know how to improve for next week, cause i cant really cut back on food, and i cant exercise any more...theres not enough hours in the day to do so!:(
i am gonna stick with it tho, nowt else for me
I know a lot of the girls in class are having this lower loss whilst exercising loads and whilst some upped their syns as they were having really low syns thinking they would cash in on being supergood with higher losses lots of them didnt and have upped their syns back up to tennish and lost significantly more, but as you said you have lost loadssssssss in 15 weeks could just be you will lose the extra next week...£228/£400 dec groc challenge...0 -

I am going back to the UK for a visit next week and want to bring back SW friendly foods..... what for you would be your 'I can't do without'
Not including fruit and veg as I can get all that here and most meat - no sign of lean or extra lean mince beef though or much lamb either.. deff no bacon or low fat sausages.
I really need to get back into SW as I have put ALL of the weight I lost last year plus more and am sooooo ashamed.
Frylight for me, could you not pick up a cheap mincer and do your own mince so you know whats in there then you could make your own sausages and burgers turkey burgers are our fav at the mo, and dont be ashamed chick your only human i know im fighting the willpower battle here at the moment so just getting thru the week or day onplan is a bonus for me, good luck x£228/£400 dec groc challenge...0 -

i dont know about being too good now
but i will keep at it....i think i might need more superfrees in my diet...
i do eat LOTS of frees, but i might be lacking in the superfree department!0 -

i hope it does show on the scales next week...but have have to keep going, cause i still have 3.5 stone to loose , so i will hang on in there,
funny u say about upping the syns....my biggest loss to date (5lbs) was the weigh in after my holiday week.....where i had been eating and drinking the bit out :rotfl:0 -
maybe you need to vary your food a bit? If we get stuck the first thing the leader asks is 'are we in a rut?':jFlylady and proud of it:j0

I feel a bit 'rutty' at the mo, and don't really fancy veg for some strange reason - I love veg normally
.
I'm compromising by having meat & rice/pasta/pots etc, but eating the veg standing up while I'm preparing the meal. Just had starter of 2 whole beetroot, followed by chicken curry & rice (plus a courgette which had gone soft - my MSE principles are stronger than not fancying veg :rotfl:)A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effortMortgage Balance = £0

gained a pound last night - and I'm GUTTED!!!!!
will have to be extra careful as this week is DD1's 21st birthday - her godmother is here at the weekend and we're out for a family meal tonight so it will have to be flexi syns today!:jFlylady and proud of it:j0 -
2.5lbs off for me :j, but it was 9 days since last weigh-in and it was am, before brekkie, rather than evening so I'll be happy to maintain in 5 days timeA positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort

Hello All,
I have never done a 'diet' of any type before, and on Monday night i joined Slimming World. I have 23 1/2lbs to lose in total.
I keep reading people saying they are never hungry with Slimming World, i must be going wrong as im hungry all the time!!
I think i need to sit down and plan all my meals for the week however Im having trouble filling in my diary and untill i understand how that works dont think i'll understand how the plan works.
Im doing the extra easy one.
For example this morning at 8am i had 2 weetabix with all my semi skimmed milk allowance.
its now 10.45am and my stomachs hurting as im hungry
For lunch (not till 12) i have pasta with tuna, peas, sweetcorn, cucumber and 1 level table spoon of peri peri sauce (my syn) would struggle to eat it all dry.
So im looking at my sheet and the weetabix comes under 'A' and milk comes under 'B' so thats all my 'healty extras' gone for the day just by having breakfast.
Sweetcorn, tuna, peas, cucumber & pasta all come under free foods so thats ok.
So now what does that mean i eat for the rest of the day? Do i need to find a meal that only consists of free foods or super free foods for the day?
Im really struggling at the minute and im only on day 2, went to bed quite upset last night. I think its all coming down to not understanding the food diary.
Any help would be greatly appriciated as i dont want to give up already!
Thanks Holly x0 -

Hi & welcome
1st thing is you don't need to be hungry, there are LOADS of things you can be eating. You are allowed to eat between meals so do so. Use your syns, eat plenty of fruit/veg. Don't forget on EE you MUST have 1/3 of superfree as part of your meal so breakfast needed fruit or something.
Also you have got your HEs the wrong way round, milk is HEA & weetabix is the B. Am amazed you managed to use all you milk allowance in one go though. Your weetabix must have been floating :rotfl:. That is the thing with EE, less HEs and like you've found all gone for breakfast. There are other options and I'm sure someone will come along with suggestions [I only eat weetabix]. Do you like yogurts? Plenty of free ones out there, eat on their own or with fruit for your superfrees. to stop you getting hungry and if its possible eat little and often, graze all day if you want but on free or superfree foods.
Keep asking questions and post your diary on here. Very helpful and motivating people in here, they are :A.
Hope that helps a bit.
Just had to come back and say please don't be disheartened, we all found it a bit daunting and slightly confusing to start with. Keep asking and we will try to reassure you. This does work, I'm at target and so are many more. Our resident superstar MrsM has lost over 11st and still losing [for now, she's just found out she's expecting]. Please keep going as you said its early days, we will help you get there. Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T
