i like 2 wheatabix with sliced nana and blueberries for brekkie.

then I snack on - sliced peppers, frozen cherries (still half frozen), clemantines, raspberries, grapes, usually a 2 finger kitkat (counting the sins obviously).

then for lunch I have HM veg curry with rice (and a huge portion too), or pasta salad or soup (or yesterday pasta and soup).

I seriously eat almost all day long, non-stop virtually and as long as I stick to EE, I haven't had one week where I didn't lose something.

Holly, can you chop up celery, peppers, cucumber etc and munch on them during the morning?

Brown sauce is 1syn per tablespoon. Menu looks good but what are your HE's? Also don't forget your syns, you must use at least 5 a day, thats what they're there for :D.

Oh dear I'm really sorry TakeItEasy. That's very tough. Will he get a decent severance payment or did they go into that much detail? It's a bit cheeky the way he was told. Mind you, there is no easy way to be told you're being let go.

Having been through redundancy ourselves (twice for me, three times for hubby in the last 12 years), I know the horrible sick feeling you get when the dreaded news comes.

Hope it all works out for the best for you - I know it's not much comfort now but things will work out. They did for us albeit not in the way we thought/hoped they would.:grouphug:
