    Good morning losers!

Bought all my fruit from the market stall this morning - had to carry the bag myself as DH is waiting for his hernia repair - arms now 6" longer

Off to defrost the freezer in the garage now.

Little bit of good news with WI, lost 1.4lb not sure how as [STRIKE]pizza[/STRIKE] attack earlier in week and * week too. Think if I'd gained that would have finished me off this week.
Anyhoo like mags says chin up, am off to Southwold today to watch son play his 1st game with the 1st team at rugby. Will look like the michelin man with all that I'm wearing as its flipping cold at the coast :snow_laug.
Catch you later all and thanks for being here :A
Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

Good Morning Fellow Tank Dwellers :D

The Dizzy one is back from the land of Doggie Sitting :j Can't remember who asked (I've read back all the pages i've missed) but I'm not sure how long this doggie sitting will go on for - hes supposed to be looking into selling his house here or renting it out and renting somewhere down there so he can have the dogs with him, but I can't see him doing anything this side of christmas:( my worry is if we get any snow.....its right out in the middle of nowhere and I may struggle getting to my Physio & other hospital appointments, Its bad enough for me trying to get about where we live.

I'm Finally feeling free from the Flu bug induced lurgy.....but registering a 1lb gain  over the 2 weeks missing from class :o (not exactly the direction I wanted to be going 1 week before my Cuba holiday!.....but I have to hold my hands up & admit to scoffing a WHOLE box of dairy milk chocolates in one sitting last week (I'm sure they came on prescription with my covonia from the chemists though:o:rotfl:)

Really sorry to hear the news of Hubbys Redundancy TIE :(I know how hard it was before when he was looking for work....I really hope something turns up quickly for him *big hugs* :A

Welcome to all the newbies on the thread, tis always nice to see new people :)

Right I'm off now to start some serious Ironing & finding of holiday clothes  I've got this weekend & next saturday morning to do everything! (including tidying and sorting the bedroom as MrD has ordered a new memoryfoam/sprung mattress to be delivered the day after we get home ..... so his Mum is going to have to be here to take the delivery, and we have to get rid of our mattress tomorrow as we're out for a big family meal next saturday teatime/evening & setting off for the airport at 4am) ....... stressed?? moi??? ;):rotfl:

    Have a good day everyone

I'll be back with a menu later, but its EE for me today.

:grouphug: tie, sorry to hear the bad news, so depressing.

So you're going to the dogs for a bit longer then dizzy, doesn't bil realise you've got an important tank to drive all week?

Back from brief holiday in France. I'll draw a line under what I managed to eat and drink. Came back late Thursday feeling stuffed and craving veg! Why is it restaurants are so poor at providing veg with meals?

Back on plan yesterday and ate the most massive stir-fry for dinner to satisfy SF cravings.

    Today's EE menu:

B: NAS squash, fried egg, tomatoes, mushrooms, HEB toast, HEA milk for teas
L: tomato sandwich, plums (2 weeks in and they're still not really ripe!)
    D: SW curry, rice, chips
    Syns: weekend wine:j

:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: Oh I've been 'going to the dogs' for ages lol

yeah I don't/did'nt mind helping out, but Its beginning to feel like hes taking it for granted now to be honest :( and I don't even feel like I can say anything to MrD (his brother) Its ok for MrD hes as work all the time...but its hard work for me up there with not being able to manage the stairs-unless I go on my bum with someone with me so I can get in the shower:o and sleeping in a bed in a dining room NOT a proper bedroom with my clothes stuffed in a bag all week(petty argument I know, but its still annoying after so long) He hasn't even got the internet sorted out yet so I feel totally cut off & bored out of my mind up there a lot of the time :( anyway.....I'll shut up moaning now :rotfl::rotfl::D

Glad you had a nice time in france, straight back on plan....what a good little SW'er you are :A:T

    HOW GOOD AM I?:T:T:T

Just had chinese takeaway cos too lazy to cook!

    I had......

    Boiled rice (a whole portion)
Sweet and sour chicken slices WITH NO BATTER, just chicken breast slices in s+s sauce
Half a large portion of chicken chow mein.

    NOT EVEN ONE PRAWN CRACKER!!!!

Yes, of course there are syns in this (15ish...??), but compared to what I would have had before SW it is minimul!

Anyway just wanted to share as I am well proud of me :j:j:j

Ist day and it went well (at least i hope it did if ive worked the plan out right lol) im doing the Extra easy plan

    brekkie= lean bacon egg toms

    mid morning snack= banana

lunch= 1/2 can heinz spaghett on 1 slice WW danish brown bread (part of HE b)

mid afternoon snack = slice of honeydew melon with some ham

dinner= Dyno rod soup lol absolutely delish with 2nd slice of WW danish brown bread + muller light ff yoghurt (vanilla with sprinkling of dark choc ) for pudding

Supper= 2 ww danish bread filled with lean ham and 1 tabl sweet pickle

HE A 350ml skimmed milk used in teas and coffees (not managed to use it all!)
HE b 3 ww danish brown bread

SYNS= 1 tabl sweet pickle 1 syn + 1 extra slice of WW danish brown bread 2.5 syns = total 3.5 syns

Felt full all day not a bit hungry at any time:j Just hoping ive done it the right way lol :wave:

Hello Kelk, I'm a bit worried you don't have much SUPERfree in there. Certainly lunch and supper don't have any superfree, and I'm not sure how much of Dynorod soup is superfree (souperfree? :rotfl:) if there's onion and tomato in it that's all that is superfree as beans aren't. If you are just starting SW perhaps you should try to have one-third of each meal superfree, you can tweak it in a few weeks when you see how it's going. Superfree is anything that's free on both red and green days but doesn't include yoghurt, eggs (I believe), others will confirm or otherwise.

Having said that, at least you've eaten healthily and that's always a good start! Good luck, and get more fruit and vegetables down you :D

Dizzy, it does sound as if BIL is taking you for granted now, has he a clue how difficult it is for you? He'll have to manage while you're away anyway won't he?
    :jThat's 2 stone 9 lbs gone forever:j

    thank you Slimming World!

Good morning my lovely SW friends :D

WI day for me today and ..................
    bliss2.gifbliss2.gifbliss2.gif

    -1lb

    bliss2.gifbliss2.gifbliss2.gif

I have been blimming lucky this week as it has been half term and very quiet in work so everyone else has been nibbling and so have I. Not a full hog fest but enough to slow down the weight loss. Boredom is the worst for nibbling. shame.gif

Kids are back next week so it will be back to manic again with no time for nibbles ;)
