Next Sunday:eek: Gawd I'm such a klutz! trouble is...its so flippin easy to forget I'm wearing it (which Is a good thing as that means its doing a fantastic job like my own ear would) but I wish it has an emergency warning thing on it
:o
I've taken the battery out and put the heating on, left it near the radiator hoping to 'undo' some of the damage until we can get it to hospital.0 -
Cadbury's chocolate fingers are my daily treat but according to the website they are 1.5 syns each not for 2..........sorry!Oh BUM
I never was very good at maths :rotfl: well thanks for pointing that out before I got too carried away with eating them anyway
Oh and after scrutinising the box more closely WITH my glasses on I can now see that 2 fingers is 70 cals not 30 as I had read it before(hence getting 1.5 syns) oops!

Morning All!
To say i was supposed to be getting back on track i have not done very well
Friday wasn't too bad but oversynned on wine
Saturday - All you can eat and drink at our local pub!!!
Sunday - decorating the dining room all day so ordered pizza instead of cooking!
I'm going to try and be good for the rest of the week to salvage at least some of the damage. There's a bag of frozen fruit currently defrosting for me to munch throughout the day, a SW chilli for lunch, and then i'm off to mums tonight to do some zumba on the wii so she will be cooking a sw bolognaise tonight.
I don't know why i self sabatage, i know i'm overweight, i know im unhappy overweight, but i can always find ways to justify it to myself if i want something naughty
Hope everyone has a great monday!

Had a bad weekend - too much wine and crisps/cake last night (Dad's birthday). No damage yet on the scales but annoyed with myself.
Got a tough week this week as well - a lot on, plus have to make a three tier novelty cake for a child's birthday so I will have to put duct tape over my mouth to stop lots of carved bits ending up in my stomach!0 -
3 meals out, chocolates and cakes at home in addition to a Millie's large cookie and more wine than I've drunk in the last 3 months means that weigh in tomorrow will be a disaster!
But DD1's week of celebration of her 21st birthday has been awesome! And as she was bedbound at 18 this has meant so much!
Still not looking forward to weigh in though...:jFlylady and proud of it:j0 -

A tip from a member of my SW group who used to find it impossible to carve a chicken without the crispy skin going into her mouth: she took the skin off and put it straight in the dog's bowl. She said she even had to be sure the dog had licked the bowl first so she couldn't retrieve it!:rotfl:
Firmly back on the tank today after an indulgent Sunday:
B: NAS squash, HEB toast, baked beans, HEA milk for teas
L: roast chicken, roast pots & parsnips, carrots, cauli and cabbageMarmite & tomato sandwich, plums
Syns: gravy but will try to avoid stuffing I've put in for flavour
We don't normally eat like this on a Monday but I have to cook the roast originally planned for yesterday (before I was dragged out to a restaurant:o). I'm out this evening so will have a late lunch then a snack later. Huge amount of veg prepared so plenty left for my fave bubble & squeak tomorrow.0
