    My EE menu:

B: NAS squash, 2 boiled eggs, HEB toast, HEA milk in teas
L: bubble & squeak, HM lentil & veg soup
D: chicken jumbalaya with toms, courgettes, mushrooms, peas, carrots, peppers
Snacks: still ploughing through the plums!
    Syns: wine with dinner

I'll have 2 slices of bread left but I might pass on that. I know the official way is to syn it but I'm thinking it might help to balance a bit of olive oil I'm likely to have in next few days.

We've got friends staying for three days and it's going a bit pear-shaped sw-wise... was great yesterday until I had too much wine. Today will be fine til we get to birthday cake! Only tiny slivers though so hopefully not too much damage.

Its been one of those days where on reflection, when the alarm went off this morning, I should have ignored it and stayed in bed....

Anyway, I weigh in tomorrow and its more than likely going to be another gain but I won't quit and instead I'm busy meal planning and shall post on here daily over the next week to share my menus and ideas and let you all know how I'm getting on!
  • Evening all. Made a gorgeous curry last night that was a kind of hybrid of two different recipes from this months mag.

Two days to weigh in. If I'm honest, I'm expecting a gain this week, it's been bad. But I'll keep going.

Hi, don't be disheartened. You have done great so far. Do you think you might have been TOO good? it can happen, just keep at it and it will show next week. x
  • Hi everyone... just need a bit of help from you please.

I am going back to the UK for a visit next week and want to bring back SW friendly foods..... what for you would be your 'I can't do without'

Not including fruit and veg as I can get all that here and most meat - no sign of lean or extra lean mince beef though or much lamb either.. deff no bacon or low fat sausages.

I really need to get back into SW as I have put ALL of the weight I lost last year plus more and am sooooo ashamed.
