Heading for winter with Slimming World

Its now in cooking in the oven as one big fritter while I sit here starving and very grumpy - not holding any hopes out what I have in the oven will turn out any better
Oh eric, poor you. It's so frustrating when the recipes don't work:mad: let us know how you get on. The enormous fritter may look ridiculous but hopefully it'll taste good.
I'm off to watch football in the pub later. I'll have some of my usual weekend wine syns but I'm going to resist eating there. The lure of the chips and onion rings won't get me!! I've got my SW meal all sorted for when we get back.
My EE menu for today:
B: NAS squash, baked beans, HEB toast, HEA milk for teas
L: HM lentil soup, toast or sandwichSW curry, rice, SW chips
Snacks: I'm grazing on a bowl of plums through the day. I've already had them a week with little sign of ripening:(
Syns: wine and maybe a tiny tsp of maango chutney0 -

It didn't cook much better in the oven - spread out too thinly I think so its in the bin  Think next time I will chill the patties before cooking and see if that makes a difference. Cooking mission abandoned for today !! Although I am cooking some jacket spuds in the oven now for dinner tonight.... nothing can go wrong there (I hope....) :rotfl:
My Slimming World week is falling apart at the seams - I was out for dinner last night and I am out again for lunch tomorrow. I always find it hard to make sensible choices. Then on weigh in day, I have a leaving lunch to go to  I'm already planning my alcohol syns for later despite having had too many syns in celebration chocolates this morning (eaten in a fit of temper over disastrous cooking effort this morning).
How do others manage when you go out ?0 -
Does anyone know the syns in these please?
mysupermarket doesn't have carbs & protein listed & can't find them on SW.
Thanks.

Cancel the nom nom, I have better things to waste my syns on (like wine)
Hope things pick up for you SP. I'm on my local SW group on FB at the mo and everyone seems a bit low this week. I blame the shorter daysA positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effortMortgage Balance = £0

Funnily enough I've just stuck Onken Mango & Apple on my shopping list so will report back! I prefer the individual pots as they make me more portion aware, but fancy something different for a change.
Just had fry up - 1 syn for 2 sausages, rest free apart from say 3 for a glass of OJ. Nom nom nom, gotta love SW :TA positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effortMortgage Balance = £0

Good morning folks
Well done to all the losers - extra well done to Mrs M - you are an inspiration to us all.
Oh Dizzeeeeee - I said - oh DIZZeeeeeeeeeeee! Do my eyes decieve me or are we all wired for sound these days?
Sorry for being AWOL for the last 3 weeks - been on me jollies to Zante for a week - came back to a 4lb gain
Never mind - after what I ate for the week I was lucky it was only 4lbs:rotfl:
WI day for me today so with some measure of trepidation I approached the dreaded scales
And ......................... Drum roll please
-4lbs
Oh do I feel good this morningWhilst I enjoyed the brief deviation from plan It feels good to back on the wagon and not feeling bloated
Just made a massive pan full of Leek and Pumpkin soup to take for our packed lunches. Need to get it into containers and freeze it now, Wont be easy though - not got enough containers so will have to bag some of it.
Better get on with the soup marathon or it wont make it into the freezer if DH has anything to say about it - just caught him stood by the bowl with a spoon in his hand - you just cannot trust themMags - who loves shopping0
