Thanks for the houmous recipe, will try that soon! And the roulade
Just had a frozen vanilla/choc sprinkle mullerlight. It could almost, almost be something bad! I like"Empires are not brought down by outside forces, they are destroyed by weaknesses from within."0 -

Blend, using the liquid from the chickpeas to get it to the right consistency. Lick out blender.) this may be already on the recipe thread.
I think this is the best instruction on a recipe I have ever read! :rotfl:0 -

Em, shouldn't it have a 'WARNING - SWITCH OFF FIRST' note as wellA positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effortMortgage Balance = £0

Thanks for all the congrats!
silverpurse - I've lost 4 and a half stone on EE - i agree with gallygirl - I like to be able to eat meat and carbs which is why I tend to stick to EE. As long as you've got 1/3rd superfree on your plate you should be OK!:jFlylady and proud of it:j0 -

But I know that there is the extra easy plan and I know how it works but I am really sceptical about it
Any body out there that has done it?
i am an extra easy gal too...and its exactly that....extra easy...i have lost 2 stone 6.5 pounds in 12 weeks on it...

Quick post for today's menu. I find it helps me hugely, it's like doing a food diary:
B: NAS squash, baked beans, HEB toast, HEA milk for teas
L: bubbly & squeak with pickled beetroot, banana with Totalbeef stir-fry with loads of veg and probably rice
Snacks: Marmite on toast or maybe a sandwich
Syns: None! (I had enough at the weekend):o0 -
ok just popped in to tell you about how kind I am. Because I've taken two weeks "annual SW holiday" and this week I am going to a completely new class run by a completely new teacher, I've let things kind of "go" a bit - my reasoning? I don't want to be immediately at target and him not get any money, do I? However, today's work trousers were feeling slightly tight and I have a horrible feeling I will have increased more than just a "bit" oops:eek: I herewith promise that from tomorrow (until Wednesday night) I will conduct no further experiments with frozen jelly babies, nor will I discount Oaty bars on the basis that they are healthy :rotfl: I really really will be good. It's so hard though when there's only a few pounds to go .....
Good luck with all weigh ins this week:jThat's 2 stone 9 lbs gone forever:j
thank you Slimming World!

Couldn't start my post without first saying HUGS Take it Eazy. Be kind to yourself. XXX Have a dodgy group hug :grouphug: XXX
I was after some ideas. I have weigh in tomorrow but its at a new time - 7.30pm (instead of 6pm).
I am not keen on the time change particularly with winter round the corner but thats whats happening and I just have to make the best of it particularly as I am at the heaviest I have been since I joined.
Anyway I usually get home from work anytime between 5.30pm and 6pm and its my plan to eat before weigh in because I am an early to bed person and I do not fancy eating my tea at 9.30pm when I usually go to bed anytime between 9pm - 10.15pm on a weeknight!
I know eating isn't ideal before weigh in but I think that actually eating before weigh in will be better for me because I won't suffer from black hole syndrome !
So I am after some ideas of very quick slimming world friendly meals that I can have before weigh in that are not too heavy but can be made in a flash. The only thing I can think of at the moment is jacket spuds with beans ? When I get orangised, I am going to start batch cooking and may even take my dinner in a thermos to eat after I have weighed but just going to see how it goes.
In other news, another week of far too many syns and lots and lots of self sabotage. Very  with myself particularly as I am meant to be in training for a 10 mile run and am still making very bad food choices and not doing the required training.0
