WI today and put on 1lb. I'm pleased with that as was 2.5lbs below target. I've 2 meals out this week coming up so muct plan an angelic menu around that!
Today's about 60% good:o
B: NAS squash, HEB Puffed Wheat, HEA milk plus teas, banana
L: fried mash and onions with pickled beetroot and anything else free I can find in fridge!out again (meal before theatre) so no idea but I'm sure wine syns will be involved

i have started to take green tea with cranberry today, is it true it helps you loose weight?

i really want my 3 stone award for halloween (6.5lbs to go) i have lost 35.5lbs in 13 weeks, but i could easy loose the same again...and then some :eek:
gosh you're doing well - I've lost 4 stone 10llbs since July last year - and i still have 2+stone to go!
Just remember that everyone loses at different rates - and don't be downheartened if your rate of loss goes down...:jFlylady and proud of it:j0 -

ahh thanks! yrah i have to be mindful that it will prob slow down now, i cant expect 2 and 3 every week!
also one pound a week, is 52lbs a year, over 3.5 stones :eek:0 -

I weighed in with a 3lb loss this week, very happy for my second week. 9lb in total so far
Trying to be good this week as I have four meals out before the next weigh in! First one was last night and I chose pretty sensibly and had no alcohol. Did have a chocolate pudding tho:D

I've decided to put some real effort into getting to my target within the next week or two, if only so I don't have to do a 12 mile round trip to class in the dark (in the car, obviously, not walking!). I am weighing myself at 7.30 pm in my "WI" clothes so I get an idea. Seems to me I have 5 lbs to lose, I just rechecked my target. I've been dithering around at 5 - 6 lbs above my target for months! MUST CONCENTRATE.
Had a big dish of purple sprouting with Lakeland butter buds for tea, followed by 2 kippers with 1 oz of real butter on 'em. Any snacks are some divine organic cherry tomatoes (expensive but worth every penny) and/or raw carrots, plus a muller light in the freezer for later.MUST CONCENTRATE.MUST CONCENTRATE.MUST CONCENTRATE.MUST CONCENTRATE.MUST CONCENTRATE.:jThat's 2 stone 9 lbs gone forever:j

Hi yes I started in August. I do EE and I have loads to loose, at least another 9 stone which is probably why I'm going really well at the minute. I am pretty good though, have stoppped drinking alcohol pretty much tottally and don't really have many syns at all. Finding it really easy so far, I'm just waiting for the wheels to fall off as I can't quite believe it's working so easily.0 -

i had 3 syn free days last week (tho i just lost 1lb) and every day this week has been syn free, but i have chinese takeaway tomorro nite, tho its my lunch and dinner and syns all rolled into one,
i am not finding it a bit hard so far, at 15.06.05 i have a good 4 stone to loose, tho at the mo my target is 12.12, only cause when i initially started at 18.1, i was scared out of my wits to make a final target, as i thought...OMG...:eek: 7 Stone to loose...i just could not think that far away with scaring the hell outta myself:D
when i get down around 12.7 i will have a rethink on the final target,
do you exercise much? did you before hand?

I wonder if any of you can help me with a SW recipe. It is a lamb & spinach curry(saag gosht) from the May/June 2011 edition of the SW magazine. I have cooked it before & was planning to do it again this weekend but now I can't find the mag and I think I may have thrown it away.
