I think if you haven't been (or stop going) for 2 or 3 weeks then it's cheaper to rejoin and if you rejoin then you could set a target a bit higher than your original one (if you see what I mean) then (hopefully) you would be at target earlier. Reading this back sounds like a load of rubbish but hopefully someone will be along soon who will have the answer and be able to tell us without the gobble de goop !!!!!
I know no one will believe me but I haven't been drinking. xx
I've been drinking (hic!) and it made perfect sense to me! I have e-mailed my consultant so I will see what they say and will let you know.
I just feel that a fresh start will be the kick up the rear I need. I'm creeping ever closer to my starting weight. I always start the week with the best intentions but end up repeating bad habits/having too many syns and self sabotaging.0 -
I am usually exactly the same but this week I haven't been so bad since Wednesday evening weigh in (I lost 1 lb). I would be interested in what your consultant says and if I start to stray again I will seriously consider rejoining. I need to lose 9 lb to be within my target range, it seems like such a lot. x0

Have just tracked Mrs. M down on Minimins WOW 11 STONE that's fantastic. I have only just registered on there so wasn't able to look at her photos but would really love to. What do I have to do ?0

Yes I will let you know what they say.
I was really good Wednesday until I ended up going for dinner in the evening. Then it was the graze box on Thursday and the I've started now.... stuff it for today .... Friday it was a sw curry I had made but polished off with all the trimmings from the m&$ curry range. Today has been mixed. Home made sausage casserole for lunch with Jacket spuds and veg bag but tea has been oven chips and breaded chicken / honeycomb ice cream ???? and alcohol ? This will do me no favours yet I continue with the self sabotage. Heading off to bed soon and hope to wake up in a better frame of mind tomorrow.0 -
Hi WeBeBroke - I just signed up to do it online too, maybe we can share tips! I'm finding the site pretty cumbersome to be honest; seems like it could do with some simple links on the home page and some streamlining. Like you I do do exercise, and lik eyou, it's the weeks when I don't do it that start to make the weight slip. I want to lose about 16 lb.
Did it cost you£79? They were doing first month free a couple of days ago. Have they stopped that now?
Hi Sarah,
Sounds like a plan - it'll keep me on track to have a buddy - you're allowed to shout at me if I put on weight.:rotfl:
How much are you hoping to lose? I'm looking for 10lbs as my target.
It is £59 if you don't want the books, but I'd heard the site was a bit clumsy so you might want the books as a reference so bit the bullet and paid the extra £20. I call it my reminder of how much being a gannet is costing me - I'm sure if I eat less my shopping bill will come down and it will all be worth it.....Well I can hope:D
I'm making my way around the site now. It's not brilliant but once you know where you want to be it's manageable enough. It definitely needs some streamlining though - there's an awful lot of waffle to get through!
Best of luck - we'll be skinny mins in no time:pO/S Weight Loss 1.75/80 -
God, I'm so glad it's not just me that thinks the site is awful. WHo designed it??! Clearly not anyone who's ever had to use it! You'll have to let me know WBB if the book is more user-friendly.
I want to lose 1st 3lb. My original target with Alizonne was 10st 1, I'm now 10st 10. But I always felt my target was a bit high; to feel really comfortable I think another half stone would be right, though I'll decide as I get there - I don't want to end up looking scrawny (ha! can't imagine that ever being my problem somehow!).
When is your weigh in day? I'm weighing on Thursdays I think.0 -
OK, first question of the day: can anyone tell me if a normal sized pot of muller light is free? In the syns calculator online it says 100g is free - but those pots are175 or 200g aren't they?
Thanks

Hi Sarah the calculator and the book always quotes 100g for most things but you can have as much as want of the muller lites that are free, (the recipe of some of them has recently changed and now include syns so check). x0 -
