I've been having a fairly off-plan weekend. That's a weekend that started on Thursday:rotfl:That's included dinner before theatre, wedding, lunch out, breakfast staying with friends etc etc. I've thought through what I've had and realise that I do actually make good choices when I want to so a year on SW has got into my psyche. Breakfasts have been good (not tempted by croissants or the wrong cereals), dinners have been augmented by free salads but there have been some positively synful treats in there too (first Cornish pasty in a year:o).
I'll be firmly attached to that tank tomorrow and joining you all in push forward. I've got three syn free days planned as an antidote to the weekend. Can't wait!
Totally agree with all comments about website and books( to an extent). You'd have thought that an organisation like SW which must be hugely wealthy could get decent web designers in and also keep up to date with the syn values of new products. They'd only need to employ people to respond to questions and then add them to site. I guess it might be deliberate to make everyone go to a group regularly (where consultant may or may not know the answers) but hardly fair on online members. To get the whole picture you need the consultants, the books, the magazine, the website but most of all this site!!!!0 -
When is your weigh in day? I'm weighing on Thursdays I think.
I'm thursday too! So I'll let you know how I get on. I've been finding it difficult to get the syns down - I've had 17 the last couple of days but hopefully with a bit more planning I'll sort that out.
Did some running over the weekend so hopefully that will counteract that (that's the kind of thinking that's gotten me into trouble before so have to stop it:o )O/S Weight Loss 1.75/80 -

Thank you. Good!
I've ended up with a few too many sins as well as I hadn't planned enough meals properly (well, that and the coffee cake I ate when I went out on Sunday with friends! Oops.)
However, just planned a week's food using the free family meals recipe pamphlet that came with the magazine this month and have got the order coming tonight, so should be much better organised now.0 -
Looking forward to creamy curry tonight as other half weighs in tonight an she does not use her sins at all on monday's so we have something like the curry or lamb shanks on Monday nights. Mine is a naughty version though made exactly the same as below but once Teri's the other half has been served just add some dedicated coconut that's been soaking in some coconut milk while making it. Mmmmmmm, luv it.
She should be down to 9 stone 10 this week according to the scales at home and means she will have lost 3 and half stone in just over 6 months.

Been off and on again and MIA from here. Lost 1lb this week. Will be taking a break form the thread for a bit but will still be following the plan. Will check back in after things are a bit less manic for me.The trouble with the world is that the stupid are cocksure and the intelligent are full of doubt.Bertrand Russell0
