    :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Life Drawing - with clothed models. Not sure how that will work, I'll get sidetracked getting the creases (in the clothes) right. We shall see.:rotfl:
    :jThat's 2 stone 9 lbs gone forever:j

    thank you Slimming World!
  • Phase one - I went to Asda and bought 15 packs of fibre plus bars as they were on 3 for £2 instead of £1.80 each. Hope to heaven they're still an HEB :rotfl::rotfl:

  • Wi this morning and lost 1lb, really surprised as had couple of bad days. Yesterday saw 3 slices of chocolate cake force themselves on me in the staff room then went to quiz n chips and the nibbles got me [corn chips, chocolate raisins and french pastry] ate so much couldn't eat all the sausage n chips :p. Today saw me finishing the corn chips off while watching son play rugby as well as couple of french pastry things and THEN had chinese curry with loads of other stuff too. Soooooooooooo a gain next week is fully expected and well deserved :o

Its spookily quiet in here at the mo :o whats happened to everyone ?

Well today It looks really flipping grotty outside, Ive had the light on in the room since I got up....Its sooooo dark & looks like its going to pish it down.

I think I'm going to do another RED day today got some more chicken breasts to cook before we head off to BILs again in the morning for another week of doggie sitting. Hes house hunting down there now as the contract they have now looks like being at least 2-3 years minimum, so at weekends when hes home hes getting his house ready to put on the market up here. Makes sense really to go where the work is (and he misses his dogs something shocking-plus its not ideal for me being there all week with Mr D working too)

    Anyway heres todays plan

B honeydew & cantaloupe melon HEA milk for teas

L Poached eggsx2, bacon, mushrooms, toms, HEB ww brown danish toast

T chicken, carrots, cabbage, cauli, green beans, HEB spuds roast. 2 syn gravy

Fruit to snack on if needed (yellow plums, nectarine, peach)

    Syns

penguin wafer 4.5 gravy 2 highlights choc 2

Have a good day all :A
  • yes it is quiet at the moment, I'm not sure why, is everyone asleep on the tank? Sometimes we just have to put our lives on hold for a while to help our rellies/pets etc knowing they would do the same for us (maybe not the pets, but they would if they could)

    - yeah I bet you could - oh, you did! :rotfl: It'll be odd, I wonder if they'll be in lycra or something so we get the gist, or in big sweatsuits and legwarmers which won't help much! I've done loads of classes before (and been a model myself), it's not like it's a big deal. Except the time someone edged in late, slowly, door half open for a good few minutes whilst he dithered, then it turned out to be someone I distantly worked with. That WAS odd, because he pretended he didn't recognise me and I had to say, at tea break (for which I did get dressed!) "Hello Mike". He was a crap drawer, teensy little stick people, and I firmly believe he went along just to see nekkid women. He called me on the internal work system and asked me to do private modelling for him. I told him he would never afford my prices and put the phone down. This was all ten yrs ago or more when I was about 9 st and working any extra jobs that came along to make ends meet. More recently I used to attend an open session, as a sketcher not a model, at a nearby arts centre where there was no teaching just models and you took all your own stuff. At the front of the room every week was a middle aged bloke whose drawings were almost non-existent but he stared fixedly at the female models. Weeks there was a male model he left at tea break. Oh the stories I could tell about the various evening and weekend jobs I've had to make extra money!:rotfl:

    -2lbs

I am happy with 2lbs per week now - that equates to 8lbs per month and over a stone in 2 months. I am much more comfortable with my shape and look - at nearly 60 it was never going to be perfect but it looks so much better in clothing :rotfl:

  • Hope no-one minds me heading sheepishly back in :o. Completely lost the plot for a while (mindset not right at all). Want desperately to get some weight off before the festive season though so am going back to following slimming world. Won't be going to classes but have all my books etc from last time I joined so hopefully shouldn't go too far wrong.

Starting in the morning. Currently busy cooking cajun chicken and roasted veg to mix with some rice tomorrow for a nice Jambalaya :)

    xx
