Tip a big bucket a saw dust in front of his house next time, tell him it's to soak up all the water from washing your car. That should please him0

I would rather get on with my neighbours than not, but I would still be washing my car on the drive.The idea of using a brush to sweep away and standing water is a good one and would show you are being considerate.0
