Everytime you submit returns, on your next invoice you'll get 3 barcode return labels. Doesn't matter what order you use them in or how old they are, so long as they are for your account it's ok.Avon Lady since 2009 - I help on the Avon hints & tips thread to help other reps/new sales leaders as I was helped so much by it when I first started out :A0

Luxe returns - don't worry, we won't be stuck with them as long as we ring to get the credits. You can pay upfront for them and hold onto them for up to 7 campaigns to give yourself longer to sell them (but I understand that's entirely dependent on your circumstances). It's just that by making the returns process more awkward, or some reps not even knowing to ring, I can see some reps wanting to return these but not managing to.
Awkward customers - you're already doing the right thing and keeping them informed. I'd try ringing them closer to delivery - a week might mean they're forgetting? And I know this one sounds like it would lead to more wasted trips for you, but you could try setting the delivery date yourself. So email/text/ring/leave notes saying delivery is on X. Are you managing to get in touch with everyone at the moment to arrange delivery? If not, does that mean some are sitting around while you try to reach them? When you set the date yourself, with everyone on the same date, that's more efficient for you and everyone is assumed to be happy with that date unless they say otherwise - so you can take all the orders around with you. Ring people from outside if they're not answering the door, just in case they can't hear it. You could ring the unreliable ones the day before, or on the morning of delivery to gently remind them. The genuine ones will be glad you called.
There will always be some who are awkward and don't appreciate you communicating clearly with them. For me, if this happens once, their next order is their last chance. I find the vast majority get sorted after the first order being difficult. If it happens again I can see it isn't just a blip and will continue to be a problem so I drop them.I used to have my Avon turnover (sales) here. They've been removed because it's not appropriate to talk about those kinds of sales as if they're realistic for a new Rep to aim for.I signed up at the right time, right place, and was very lucky.

Rubbish campaign again this time but hoping everyone saving themselves for the Christmas one.
Have decided to skip Campaign 2 as they are just too quick and close to Christmas/New Year for comfort!
Don't forget you'll still need to place a C2 order for your books etcI'll be ordering one or two items for personal use and my C4 books so I know I won't earn anything but it'll keep my account open. C3 I'll be ordering my years worth of brochure & paper bags along with my C5 books.
Well delivering C17 orders is proving time consuming. I originally set up delivery for last Friday to avoid Mischief night & Halloween but I've had to go out delivering every night this week and I was collecting books last night. Normally I only have to work Thursday evenings actually out interacting with customers and I get the rest of the work done during the day but as usual in the run up to Christmas its getting bittier.
This Monday coming I'm hoping to attempt one final delivery of C15 items. Normally I wouldn't hold onto stuff for so long, but this customers husband has been rushed into hospital a few times (I've see him disappearing off in the ambulance) so I'm being more lenient than usual, although I didn't give them a C18 book as her daughter placed a £100 order and hasn't been able to pay this time either. Next lot of books though will have a big notice on them saying any orders not paid for by 17th December will be returned.
C18 is looking good. I still have 20 books to sort through that I collected last night (was too tired to do it there and then) but I've had orders from people who have never ordered beforeI have lost a couple of more customers but I think I'm down to ordering approx 65 books now. I'm just hoping that everything that was out of stock last time arrives with this delivery and I need to chase the items which I've been billed for but weren't in the box/wrong size sent.
I thought I'd give it a week until I saw customers in case there was any other errors I needed to correct. Oh and that customer who wasn't happy with the thermafirm, I explained that the eye cream she liked was £13 on its own so I couldn't do anything unless she wanted to return the whole thing
Creeping back in for accountability after falling off the wagon in 2016.Need to get back to old style in modern ways, watching the pennies and getting stuff done!0 -
Can I register a return then cancel it after?
I got a couple of lipsticks and a couple of samples for mums friend to try as a replacement for iced coffee, just got an email from her and she wants one of the samples, didn't mention the two lipsticks so I'm assuming doesn't want them (I've paid for them out of my own pocket at the moment to save confusion), can I put in for the 2 lipstick returns now, but then if it turns out when I see her Sunday that she does want one of them can I cancel it?
I hope that made sense :S I'm really tired today

The simplest thing to do, that's no extra work for you, is just to allow the re-charge for the non-returned item to happen.I used to have my Avon turnover (sales) here. Hello all!
I thought the returns process was simple but now I am all confused! (Not hard with me admittedly!)
I have a few things that I need to return that I have already submitted
- Luxe perfume (out of First Look)
- Make up pallette (First Look)
- Multiway top (C16)
I filled in the reason codes and have submitted it. I know I have to pass this on to the guy who delivers my Avon orders and have to get my returns book signed by him - what steps am I missing?
(Please imagine you are talking to a 5 year old!)
Thanks!

Returns - if you have a printer, go to "My orders" and then "Order tracking" and click on the link to the returns form (it'll say "returns form"
). Order tracking shows your most recent orders, credit requests and replacement requests, with the most recent being at the top. Print the returns form and fill it in. Include one copy in the box and keep another for yourself that the driver will sign.
Pay off your balance (if this isn't done already) minus the cost price of the items you're returning.
If you don't have a printer, use the blue returns book and still get that signed.I used to have my Avon turnover (sales) here. I emailed my ASM again this morning about getting a territory, and to confirm she was bringing my C1 books (she never got to me with my second lot of free books...), and she has replied today, asking if she can come Tues!!!
yay!

Thanks everyone for the replys.
I actually went back through my files and found some carrier labels from when I first started!
Another seemingly stupid question but does the return have to be in an Avon box? I have chucked all mine away so was just going to use an ordinary cardboard box and stick the return carrier label on it.
I had paid the invoice so my balance is Nil I guess they will just take it off next invoice?

I believe you can return in any box you like. I normally always keep one or two back during the campaign to put my books or orders in as im handing them out but guessing an ordinary box will do. As long as you have the carrier label on it i can't see it being a problem.0
