Just stop placing orders. You'll lose your Territory and come back with a new account number etc. then you may get some back.

Thank you pixtotts think ive decifered it and im mail plan D.

Got a meeting next week now (was supposed to be today) with my SL to re organise my territory as a friend of mine has split some territory with me and they have messed up who is doing what houses etc. Also want to ask about ins and outs of being a sales leader as may if it seems viable after christmas think about venturing further into the Avon empire. Anyone got any advice on this? Do you have to have 5 people start up at same time to become a SL or can u get 5 to start at different times but only earn off them once you and all 5 of them reach their target figures too.

Hope everyone had a fab Halloween last night was very busy this end but first time we have trick or treated since moving here couple years ago.
Have lovely weekend everyone too x

If you sign up to be a SL you're a TSL (Trainee Sales Leader) until you qualify. One of the criteria for qualifying is having 5 reps placing qualifying orders. Another criteria is that your total team's order must be over a certain amount. Oh and your own sales need to be over £150. There's more to it than that, which will be set out in any literature you're given. There are criteria you must meet every campaign in order to earn from your team.

Be aware that 5 reps is just the start and the earnings from those 5 - unless they all sell huge amounts - will be low. It's unlikely all 5 will still be with you a few campaigns down the line (however good a SL you are) so for SLs it's a case of constantly adding to your downline to make sure you're meeting your targets. To compare with customers: you could have 20 but not all 20 will order every time. The more customers you have, the bigger your order will be even if only, say, a third of them order each time.
I used to have my Avon turnover (sales) here. They've been removed because it's not appropriate to talk about those kinds of sales as if they're realistic for a new Rep to aim for. :( I signed up at the right time, right place, and was very lucky.

You will loose your territory if you stop for that long, unless your lucky and it's free when you re-join. You would also need to pay the £15 admin fee again so the alternative would be to just place a personal order to keep your account open

You don't need to sign them all up at once but you won't earn from any of them until you have a team of 5 active reps

  • Hello everyone!

On to my 3rd campaign (C17) and wondering whether to carry on or give up after Christmas. Have 36 flats - out of the 36 flats 14 flats have indicated that they aren't interested (made a note with a tickbox as per the advice on the forum!). I have 3 customers out of the remaining 22 and they have only ordered once out of the 3 campaigns. Took the books to work only had 1 order (for the first campaign I did) - my partner took some books to work and have 1 customer there.

The most I have made is 30 quid and for all the effort (the notes, preparing the books alongside working full time) I don't even think I will hit MOV for this campaign. I am wondering if its worth it?

I'm sure most of you have felt like this - I am in need of a pep talk!

Also, does anyone know where you can find out a list of the cut off dates and delivery dates for each campaign?

    Thanks
    Claire

We all started with no customers and have gradually built them up, have you got Facebook? Can you use the PoB? Can existing customers pass the book on for you? What about some extra territoy over Christmas? Local doctors reception?

The efforts you put in to find out who wants to see the book in future will save you time now you know not to go back, and 22 who still want to see a book is good - maybe they just want to make sure you are continuing before placing an order so they know you are reliable.

There should be an option to view order and delivery dates once you have logged into the Avon site, they will be on your invoice as well.

    Good luck!
