The Short Campaigns - yes, this is normal and we all have 2 "short" campaigns per year (because 52 doesn't divide exactly by 3
). They vary from rep to rep so if anyone reading hasn't checked their dates yet, you should have a look to see how it pans out for you. Many reps skip at least one campaign. I run each one as normal but that's because I don't have many other commitments. I've shuffled collection and delivery days around a bit but everyone gets a clear note in with the book saying what day I'm collecting and when delivery will be. I'd just tell your upline if you're thinking of skipping one so they don't wonder what's going on and ring you up.
Blue returns book - you can order one of these. The code is in First Look or you can use the online ordering system to add it to your order. You have 36 days to return credits from the date they're requested, so that will cover 2 delivery dates (one when you get your blue book and one when you hand over the returns). Or you could ask your upline if they can give you some sheets or a whole book to tide you over - if they live nearby that should be do-able.
Old invoices online - go to Credits on the rep suite and see what invoices it lists (there's usually 3 or 4). Then you can copy and paste into Word and go to a library/friend to print them out.
Missing a brochure - sometimes the dates of the short campaigns (which can be any two out of C1, 2, 3 or 4) are very awkward. It's just not enough time, when you add in Christmas, New Year, children etc... to get books out, in and deliveries done. Personally I'm okay because I only do 2 collection evenings. I normally do 3 delivery evenings but will just do 2 I think because there will be fewer orders. Did 30 in one evening in C17. If you wanted to skip a brochure, I'd put a note in with all brochures before the one you skip, saying you'll be back in New Year/whatever you want to put. Maybe ask them to make sure they're stocked up as well! Then say this in person to anyone you meet so they're less likely to forget.
I used to have my Avon turnover (sales) here. They've been removed because it's not appropriate to talk about those kinds of sales as if they're realistic for a new Rep to aim for.I signed up at the right time, right place, and was very lucky.

Thanks!

I skip C2 & C3 because I'm a single mum and would like to spend time with my soon to be teenage daughter over Christmas while she still wants to spend time with meThe way the order/delivery dates fall has been problematic for me since I started so I have always 'skipped' them but only so far as giving my customers books. I still place an order, but its for personal items in C2 and then supplies for the year in C3. I'll order my C4 books in C2 so I put them out to customers 'early'.
I tell my customers by putting it on the newsletter I include with each brochure. For example on my C1 newsletter from last year I put in big highlighted letters "PLEASE NOTE THIS IS THE LAST CHANCE TO ORDER FOR DELIVERY BEFORE CHRISTMAS. There will not be another book available until the New Year due to the way the order/delivery dates fall. I will however supply the next book on...". I'll use the same newsletter template this year, but change dates as appropriate. If anything ends up being out of stock and arrives during C2/3 then I put a card through with C4 books to say "Your out of stock item has arrived. Please contact me to arrange delivery as soon as possible."
Creeping back in for accountability after falling off the wagon in 2016.Need to get back to old style in modern ways, watching the pennies and getting stuff done!0 -
Don't know what OOS is (sorry being thick) but if you order ur books and little bits will that not push the amount up a bit anyway so if some bits aren't delivered you might still make MOV?
I wouldnt worry about the yellow blobs, i had one of my first campaigns where there was a huge amount of yellow showing up but still some of those items turned up. It just gives you a rough idea of what is in stock or possibly out of stock at that point. you just dont know until the invoice is produced so keep fingers crossed hun im sure it will be fine. Good Luck x
Sorry Out Of Stock
But it's worked out ok anyway ended up with a couple more orders than I expected

claireylouise I'm planning on skipping C2 because my C1 delivery date is 20th Dec, and my order date for C2 is 6th Jan, I really don't want to be pestering people over Christmas and new year (especially as most of my customers are either at college(and their parents) or are teachers, plus my dad is working abroad and is home for Christmasso I just don't want to be worrying about Avon.
C2 will be personal orders, and those who ask I'll give POB details to. Other wise they will be getting C3 books when I'd usually give out C2
I'm not sure if that made much sense :S lol

Hello all!
I started Avon 2 days ago! Did do it for a while about 6 years ago but glad to see the online stuff is a bit better.
Was planning to get back into this board, but I've had a query that's given me a nudge, it goes as follows:"I smelt a woman, as you do lol, and she said it was from avon but I cant remember what it was called. Smelt like she had just got out the shower, you know that fresh clean fancy soap smell, not a strong perfume smell but powerful enough for me to notice 10ft away. She said she has been using it for years.... Any ideas?":rotfl:

Hello all.
Due to personal issues I have decided to quit Avon - I may go back to it in the future but at the moment its not feasible. I am unsure how to quit - I am just going to text my ASM and let her know. Is this right?
I have put in some returns and been refunded - I'm not bothered about getting my money back but now that my account has been credited, is it easier for me just to return the items?
I have 25 c1 brochures and some (15 ish) c18 brochures - just wondering what to do with them? If anyone needs some they can pick them up from me. (I live in Manchester).
Just want to say thank you so much to this forum as you have all helped me so much with your advice and tips!
Thanks

Re the returns... Didn't quite understand the last bit... (I'm a teeny bit hungover so it's probably my brain not processing...lol!). Way I'm understanding it... you've paid, and registered to return them and been credited. If your not bothered about getting the money back, you could keep them and they would just charge you for them again putting you back at £0. Or you could ask your SL or ASM to return them for youthey would probably also take the books off your hands...
Wish I was closer... I need C1.. yet again waiting on my ASM... Gggrr! lol.
