We can't check our own allocations - I'd get a territory list emailed to you by your upline if you haven't got this already. It's nice to see it and the new system (they've just updated the computer system that runs territory) means your upline can send it in a PDF. They used to have to copy and paste it. The PDF also lists every address in each postcode, which is useful because some streets have hidden houses or missing ones that you spend ages looking for!
I did find a hidden address on one of my new allocated streets. It was a 44A address but only no. 44 was listed. I find it useful to use google maps to check layout of my streets if i cant walk down it to check before i canvass but i do agree having the new system in place is good as you have it in black and white what is your territory so there should be no issues.0 -
Lidl do stamp kits???? I so want one but didnt want to pay a fortune for one from amazon or those business card sites. How much was it and is it one you make up yourself?
Yes they do
I seem to remember it was in in with the Christmassy stuff... it was £2.99 and yes one you make up yourself. Comes with a load of little rubber letters, and symbols, little pictures of phones, and I'm not sure what the others are... lol! and smiley face.
Three rows for and can just fit 24 letters in a row ( my email address is 24... possibly supposed to only put 22 but I made it fit) has tweezers too and the ink pad... its one of those that self inks and you just press the top.... too much fun!!

well pixtotts HUGE thank you i got my stamp today, made it up (cant fit my fb page on it) but the main bits are there and thats all that matters. fiddly to start and to get it all inked up but this will save me SOOOOO much time in the long run and mega bargain at £2.99 too. I will be happy stamping away this afternoon preparing all my new books to go out with the orders at the end of this week. I nearly gave a girly shreak in the middle of Lidl's when i found them in the store. Quickly composed myself to save further embarassment. Wow i feel so sad saying that lol.0

ajs2013 - Haha that did make me smile, glad you were able to find one
. They are a little fiddly I dropped so many of the little letters in the bottom of it just gave it a shake and they fell back out but once its done its done. I think I've become addicted I stamped a whole pack of order forms last night!! lol

Hello, I ordered the £25 fragrance pack which they phoned up and offered me and I felt pressured into saying yes. I thought I would just return it but I do fancy a few of them, am I allowed to sell the rest through my facebook page?
Am I allowed to sell items which I couldn't deliver aswell?0 -
Selling stock - yes, you can sell whatever you buy from Avon however you wish (well, selling at the door needs a peddlar's licence but I assume you won't be doing that). Whether that's a pack or undelivered items. But always make sure you return them if you can't sell them (once you've paid upfront you have 7 campaigns). Some reps end up with their money tied up in stock that they can't shift and can't return.
It's a shame to hear you were under pressure. I do think the telesales leaves something to be desired. There was a rep on Connects whose campaign sales were around £200, yet they were sold £200 (cost price) of moneymakers. Someone else who wasn't in PC also had a large number ordered. To put that in perspective, I'm half-way between bronze and silver and would only ever order 3 MMs!
You can opt out of receiving telesales calls. If you still want to get them just to see what the offer is, while they're doing the sales pitch remember that you know your customer base an awful lot better than they do so you know what should sell. We can also return packs if they're unsold - never feel obligated to keep hold of them.I used to have my Avon turnover (sales) here. They've been removed because it's not appropriate to talk about those kinds of sales as if they're realistic for a new Rep to aim for.I signed up at the right time, right place, and was very lucky.

So my asm is back to ignoring my emails... no more info on territory or C1 books... yet I saw her with someone else today pouncing on people passing Costa trying to sign them up...
It's so frustrating,

If you see her out again - go and ask her in person, and do
It when other people are nearby - she can hardly ignore you then!Avon Lady since 2009 - I help on the Avon hints & tips thread to help other reps/new sales leaders as I was helped so much by it when I first started out :A0 -
Well I have text my ASM and told her I'm quitting - no response at all - even offered her my brochures. Rententions team have tried to contact me - they told me that they have told my ASM and she will be in contact.
I still have 20 c18s and 20 c1s - I really don't want to just bin them (recycle them) - so again I am offering them for free! I live in South Manchester you just need to come and pick them up! Otherwise they are being put in the recycling bin!!

Yeah I really wish I had time to yesterday
I'm not so fussed about the territory (a little because the only reason it wasnt sorted when she was here was because of my internet) but I just want to know if I need to buy C1 books or not!
claireylouise Real shame you're not closer I'd definitely take them off your hands. Have you tried posting a thing on your area group for connects? It was where I went searching when I needed brochures for my second campaign was getting very desperate, and a lovely lady on there helped me out so never know you could find a me in your area looking for some
I'm coming the conclusion that ASM's don't read messages :P lol
XI hope you know your capable, & brave, & significant.
