Hi, dose anyone know if i can print call back forms online, to let customers no that i have been and been unable to deliver the avon goods,
regards Lisa
I used to print my own until I realised that 'Calling Cards' (code 82933 - 60p for 100) were not actually 'Business Cards'. They are actually a dual usage card where you input your details and then tick a box to let your customer know that you have called when they were out to either collect their book or deliver their order.Make the most of everything in life (especially Avon)

I've submitted my second campaign. It wasn't as great as the first but I've made a bit of commission.
I'm trying think of ways to encourage people to buy with me. I have 6 streets. 2 I haven't got to yet but out of the 4 I have I only have about 3 or 4 people that order and I need to do something to encourage the other people to order.
Any suggestions?DEBT TOTAL: £7609.440 -

Most obvious things to start with are Being reliable and making sure your books are well packaged. I like to fold a page which means a bit sticks out the top when the book is shut - means when collecting the books back in I can tell if it's been looked at. Even if they don't order, if theyve bothered to open the book and have a look then there's hope. To fold the page, I take a page, move the bottom to the middle of the spine, then firm down the crease, then repeat a second time. Should leave a little bit poking out the top.
You could try offering 10% off a new product, or 10% off a new order - its worth it to tempt new people to order from you.
It could be people from those streets use Avon, but they order from friend/family/someone at work, so if they ever stop, then they'll order from you if theyve seen you've been about.Avon Lady since 2009 - I help on the Avon hints & tips thread to help other reps/new sales leaders as I was helped so much by it when I first started out :A0 -
I'm going to LYD with my upliner.
She's lovely and we've become really good friends over the last few months recruiting together. Bit excited... we're gonna go shopping for dresses for the evening do together in July

As usual I won't be going lol, I'll make it one year as it does look good, it's just the cost. Before it was more cos it was held in the week so would have meant usin precious holiday days, this last year or so I just can't afford to. Hope everyone who goes has a great timeAvon Lady since 2009 - I help on the Avon hints & tips thread to help other reps/new sales leaders as I was helped so much by it when I first started out :A0

Oh dear, what a shame. Too late for this year but hopefully next year we'll meet there. Am surprised your own upliner is not helping you to make it too. You definitely need to go next year, OK?Make the most of everything in life (especially Avon)

Well done. As ever, to add to Lozza's excellent post, a few more suggestion:
* Offer a free gift with orders over £.... (£10/15)
* Start a Loyalty Scheme (see your HT - £10 for 5 Supercurlacious mascaras, 20 loyalty cards and a guide to running your own loyalty scheme)
* On the back of the aboveoffer a Supercurlacious mascara @ £3.50 for orders over £10/15 or FREE for orders £20/25+
Good luck.Make the most of everything in life (especially Avon)

My upliner is my asm and To be honest I'm not that fussed about going really, it's not really my sort of thing.Avon Lady since 2009 - I help on the Avon hints & tips thread to help other reps/new sales leaders as I was helped so much by it when I first started out :A0 -
MarsdenCuckoo wrote: »Totally agree with what's already been posted - don't worry about being a 'nag', your upliner earns money on your nett sales so make her work for it. You are entitled to her full support, if you don't get it complain to your ASM. If you're happy to post up yoru postcode I (or any SL) can tell you who that is.
Good luck with your own Avon business.
ThanksYes you're right, no luck with her yet,but I am still hopeful! I definately dont want to loose the streets near me that I am starting to get orders from so this does need sorting!
Does my upliner earn money on my sales even if I don't hit the discount targets??
I collected my first lot of books yesterday, to find an order for £2.40I was a bit disheartened! But I then got a phone call today from a woman round the corner who wanted me to collect her order early - £25 worth of stuff! Yey! Slowly but surely I will build this up
No pity orders from F&F this time either so a lot of hard work is needed! More to collect tomorrow so fingers crossed!

Didn't think it was mine either until I finally went to one. My upliner told me I needed to go if I was serious about building my team but I kicked back. Did then go the second year and got to admit she was right - you come away 'buzzing' after having some total 'Avon absorption' time and meeting the high achievers you read about in the Press. The Motivational Speakers are an eye-opener too but it's worth going just to escape the general minutiae of life, getting dolled up the 9's and having a good girly time.Make the most of everything in life (especially Avon)
