hello, I was wondering if anyone could please help me. I'm new to avon, c8 is my first. I wasn't really told anything about ordering, just 'you can order online by logging in or by phone.'
I'm so confused now and i can't get hold of my SL. So i'll just explain my ordering process and hopefully someone can tell me if i'm doing it right!
I logged in as normal, clicked place an order, did a 'regular order'. I then filled in my customer details and their order. then went through all the pages by clicking next. This is the bit i'm confused on, should i Have just saved my order then on weds (the last day to put my orders in) confirmed it all then. Because I confirmed it all and received an email. I now have another order so i went to place an order again but it gives me the option for 'additional order' only.
Did i do it wrong? I hope someone can help me and thanks in advance!!0 -

Hi there Chilli27,
Yes, you should have just saved the order then taken it right through to the end on your last day. As your order has been submitted now, anything else, as you have discovered will now be classed as an additional order. You could possibly try ringing Avon and explaining, there may be something they can do, I'm not sure though. At least you know for next time I guess0 -
Please can anyone tell me if as Sales Leader you get an @Avon email address? I notice the ASM's have one and I just wondered if the Sales Leaders get one too.
Thanks to anyone who can help0 -

No, sorry, SLs don't get those. We're self-employed so can't quote Avon in our email addresses or website URLs. ASMs are employees and all ASMs have the same format of email address.Make the most of everything in life (especially Avon)

Oh dear, really sorry you don't have a supportive upliner.
Basically, we're entitled to one free delivery every campaign (regular order) - additional orders and orders less than £10 incur a £2.50 delivery charge.
Your website times out so a good idea to 'Save Order' after each customer order. Provided you do that you can log off to suit yourself and revisit your order to add/amend as you wish. When you log on, if you have a saved order on your system, there will be a link at the bottom of your Home Page. Click on that and just carry on until you know for sure you have input all your customer orders and then input a day or two before your Order Deadline Date (shown top right hand corner of your Home Page)
As for resolving your problem - ring Fast Track and depending on the timing of your various orders they may be able to combine them.
Good luck. Hope that helps.Make the most of everything in life (especially Avon)

Avon in e-mail addresses - reps/SLs on Connects have reported getting an e-mail recently asking them to change their e-mail address. I didn't get one (don't have "avon" in mine) so I guess it went to everyone with a registered e-mail with "avon" in it. Seems like they're finally sticking to the rule they put out.
Wonder if the same will happen with URLs? Pretty much every single FB page link on Connects has "avon" in the page name, and therefore in the URL.
I don't have an issue with it if everyone can do it, but since Avon said not to many of us have kept our URLs Avon-free (unless you live in Avon). But then others use it anyway and their pages are more easily found.
I used to have my Avon turnover (sales) here. They've been removed because it's not appropriate to talk about those kinds of sales as if they're realistic for a new Rep to aim for.I signed up at the right time, right place, and was very lucky.

Hope everyone is having a great weekend! I have hit the first discount target, so I'm very happy
It's only paying for the second half of the sign up fee, my next lot of books and my free gifts for my bigger orders (so far!) but it's a start and shows that it can be done. Yey! And hey, at least it's covering all my costs!
Collecting more books today so here's hoping I've another order or two!
Oh, AND my upliner has finally sorted my territory problem, so that's that! Thanks for all the info here I was able to sound like I knew what I was talking about to get her moving lol.0
