Thanks for your reply I don't think it's family/ friends because when I first started 3 campaigns ago I was given her street by my sales leader and then told it was unavailable. The street concerned today is a little side street off that previous street! Too much of a coincidence I think !:GC jan 0/350

Stranger things have happened. Could be they found this rep through connects or Facebook - seems strange to me that's it's only the one order. If they'd canvassed I'd expect more.Avon Lady since 2009 - I help on the Avon hints & tips thread to help other reps/new sales leaders as I was helped so much by it when I first started out :A0

Maybe but there's only 2 houses on the street! Will order anyway and see what happens thanks againGC jan 0/350

It could be that the customer put their brochure out too late. Even though I leave notes saying they need to ring/e-mail to get in touch, and that I won't be returning for the book and it can be recycled, I still get a book left out here and there (from regulars). I spot it when I'm out doing deliveries and have to pick it up even though it can be soaking wet/muddy/leaves on it because it's been out for a week.
I've got a new street where a rep has a few customers. Spotted a book outside a house on the 3rd April that had 26th March on it (so a week had gone by). But the brochure didn't look like it had been out that long and when I spoke to the customer to confirm they went through another rep she said she hadn't placed an order and sounded a bit irritated. Oh well, probably best I don't have to call there again until re-canvassing.I used to have my Avon turnover (sales) here. They've been removed because it's not appropriate to talk about those kinds of sales as if they're realistic for a new Rep to aim for.I signed up at the right time, right place, and was very lucky.

Help! I handed out c07 to 19 houses and got 5 back - with only one order
.
My ASM has suggested that i can bump up my order to make the £78 with items I want. One of the items i would like to buy is the 'far and away exotic' and my asm says that in C06 it comes with a lovely pashmina style scarf.
I want to order this from C06 thinking i could look at the brochure on here (page 1) but it asks me to log in when i try to view it. i have tried putting in my avon username etc and it wont work.
does anyone know the order numbers for the perfume and scarf and also the cost - £8 maybe?? or £10?? or can anyone give me a link to brochure c06?)
many thanks - this is only my first campaign and want to get it right!!
thanks

Welcome aboard!
The code for Far & Away with free scarf is 21493 (perfume) & 19539 (scarf). It is £10.
Not sure why we can't view the previous catalogue online, it often happens with the backorder catalogue.
Good luckNow proud Mumto3 :j0 -

Hi all,
Lozza, did louiseweaver ever get on to you about her area, must be very distressing to have your territory assigned to others in error 6 times:eek: Thank you for offering to help her.
Wondering how its all going for you guys? Seems a bit swings and roundabouts to me at the moment. Just on C8 which is ticking along but nothing to write home about. Seems that every time I collect a new customer, one of my old ones stops ordering:rotfl:
Had a couple of OMG moments recently when a long time customer decided to put a cheque in the book with her order but didn't mention it to me. I just pulled the order form out and put the book in the recycling. It was fortunate that when I delivered the order, I was able to catch the bin before it was taken away. Ditto on a new customer whose relative added a separate order on a scrap of paper. I had no idea it was there. Cue one additional order with me making a loss to keep a new customer happy. Order has arrived but customer not around to accept delivery...
One of my first, best and loveliest customers has just lost her daughter to cancer. Will put a card through in the next day or two.
Anyways, onwards and upwards. Once half term is over, will plan to continue recanvass before the summer holidays take over. Don't forget to keep an eye on houses being sold/to let so you can canvass the new owners/tenants once they have settled in.Please do not quote spam as this enables it to 'live on' once the spam post is removed.

No not heard anything, hopefully that means its sorted not that she's given up.
C7 was poor for us, got nearly half the sales we got in c6, but then I think half term confused my customers as hardly any left their books out, you'd think after 3 years I'd have them trained lol.
Hoping c8 will be better, am trying to get more of my customers to contact me with their orders rather than having to collect their brochure - particularly the ones that are further away or never leave the book out anyway. Offering them 10% off a new product each brochure if they contact me with their order. Costs so much in fuel, we group everything together as much as possible, but there's always some exceptions, and trying to cut our costs where we can without damaging service (mainly their free gift after 6 orders).Avon Lady since 2009 - I help on the Avon hints & tips thread to help other reps/new sales leaders as I was helped so much by it when I first started out :A0 -

When I need to do this, and it's been every campaign so far, I add the items on to my next order and send back as returns from the additional order so I still get the commission minus the delivery charge.0
