Hi Guys, I'm late returning an item as I couldnt meet the courier. My invoice says the recharge date is 6th April, which is well before my next delivery date. If they recharge me can I just apply for another credit and send it back with my next delivery?

You'll have to ring Avon to do it, but getting credit again after a re-charge is definitely possible.

Or maybe you could e-mail? I've definitely heard of people ringing, but I find e-mail is more likely to get you a logical response to your problem as long as you clearly ask what you want them to do. (Of course sometimes the e-mail replies are nonsense! )

You can use Avon's or devise your own but I've come to think that the best option is to buy the Calling Cards (60p for 100) - see your Hello Tomorrow for the code. They go through the letter boxes more easily and look more professional. They're also a double-useage card i.e. tick box system for collecting books/delivering orders.

To add to what's already been posted, you should have been given a leaflet about the SmartStart scheme, illustrating all the freebies you can get for your first six campaigns and when to expect them.

Which product are you wanting info on?

Sometimes the labels on the back are peelable i.e. they're in so many languages it's difficult to find the GB version.

Q's - when starting out... how many brochures do you get, and do you have to pay for them? Do you recommend putting them in clear bags so don't get wet, torn etc.. How long do you usually leave at a house? Do you put a note with brochure asking even they don't wish to order,they would like to see a brochure again? How often do the brochures come out?

I just don't know whether to go for it... I am sooo busy with life at the moment, but DD is due to start Secondary School next year and would like to start saving for all of the forthcoming expense.

Hi - I'm sorry if I can't quote a previous posters message properly, but could anyone point me in the right direction. I'm an Avon Sales Leader (quite new) & can't find the latest smartstart info - I've checked the Avon website, but as usual, can't find the info easily. I have a new rep to appoint this evening, (Tues) so would like to give her relevant info. Could someone tell me where to find smart start info. Thanks.
