Quite chuffed yesterday as canvassed 3 houses where I knew they had been recently sold/got new tenants. The two side by side have both given a 'yes' to seeing a brochure with one also placing an order. No box ticked on the other house but I have only seen one chap there. Will try again next brochure. Also, the house I have brochure dropped to for years (tried to drop them once but picked them up on recanvassing, always let brochures get wet/soggy/dirty) have placed an order! You could have knocked me down with a feather. Think I've had one order off them in 4-5 years. Things are looking up.

Hi all, I had a look through this forum when I was thinking of signing up to avon and have now been a rep about 9 months.

I do remember reading that some reps on here had trouble with ASMs placing orders on their accounts and there was something about a team at Avon that had been set up to investigate this. Well I was wondering what the outcome was or if anyone knows what we can do about this?I have had some trouble with this myself recently and I did try to report this and I was shuffled round different departments who didnt care or take a note of it

Rather than ringing, try emailing Avon via the Contact Us section on your website. If that doesn't help and you are adamant that orders have been placed on your account without your agreement/knowledge, email your DSM (your ASM's boss) and log a complaint.

Goods shorted on previous orders will automatically be shipped to you as/when they become available so just because you receive goods you don't remember ordering doesn't mean there's been fraudulent activity on your account. Whenever am shorted by anything I write a new order form out to remind me where it needs to go.

    Hope that helps.

    Hey Everyone,

Can one of you help me as baby brain has made me forget lots!

I thought for the first few campaigns you got a free gift if you reached minimum order? I just received my 3rd campaign delivery, my order value was £148.04 and I thought I was supposed to receive "stationary items" free but didnt receive anything :-( Did I imagine ASM telling me that or am I right?

    Thanks x

yes you do get free things - but, for the 3rd & 4th campaigns, and your 5th & 6th, they are combined - so you need to hit £148 or more in your 3rd AND your 4th order to get the free stationary items. Then again for the 5th & 6th x

yep - if you log into your avon account, then right at the bottom of the site, click on "downloads"...then click on "customer message slips" in the miscellaneous section, then click on "sorry I missed you".

However, they aren't that great - as they have a space for you to say when you're going to call round again...but if you don't catch them in the first time, I'd suggest asking them to contact you on x number to arrange a convenient delivery.hth

My past two returns have alos been re charged to my account, it's happened a few times now and its really annoying as i've had to ring them up 3 times about one of them!!

Does anyone know how i can get a widget/advert poster for facebook when you are on trend setter, as when i log in i get them for C07 when i am now on C09.

    Thanks

I'd just email them through the contact us bit at the bottom of the website, rather than ringing - a lot easier to do.

Not sure about the widgets - but to be honest, they aren't great anyway, as they go from the "national" mailplan - ie it matches what they are selling on the avon website, which doesn't match up to each areas mailplan so the adverts aren't always that up to date.

The only thing I can suggest is to use the brochure links from the first post of this thread, so that your customers can browse the brochure, and a bit of googling to see if you can get any pictures of products that are current in your area.
