I have really messed up with my C1 order, which is due to be submitted by 10pm tonight - due to family health problems, I completely forgot this was a short campaign. If I collect brochures from my customers and place an additional C1 order on Friday, when would I be likely to receive my delivery? I am sure the answer I need is already around somewhere on the Avon thread, but would appreciate it if some kind soul would save me from searching for it when I am feeling so stressed.......pretty please and thank you very much in advance ladies and gents xxx

An additional order takes 5-7 working days from the date it's placed.
I used to have my Avon turnover (sales) here. They've been removed because it's not appropriate to talk about those kinds of sales as if they're realistic for a new Rep to aim for. :( I signed up at the right time, right place, and was very lucky.

Thankyou I,G - very much appreciated. I did think it might be 5-7 days , but am in such a state here, I don't know whether I'm coming or going! At least now I can hopefully get an order for C1 in and have it before Christmas! :-)

Hi everyone, hopefully someone can help.

I just receievd my Campaign 2 delivery and something was broken (it was from campaign 18 book). I loggon on to request a replacement but it only shows campaign 1 and campagn 2 listed.

When i click on campaign 2 it doesnt show everything that i ordered on that order but JUST the items from that campaign book.

Why is that and how can i get a replacement?

    Thanks!

You a Trendsetter? If so, sounds like your system is different to ours i.e. we can only order from our current and back book.

As others have already said, we can only order replacements from our current and previous campaign; after that you need to apply for credit and then re-order the item at whatever the current price is.

    Hope that helps.

Placed my C18 order last night and just had a call from ASM saying I haven't placed an order?! I checked and it's only processed my replacement request not my order  so now I have to type it all out again and hope it turns up on Friday and it's lost the internet only offers I had saved so now I can't get them .... if anyone has the code for the 30 deal in 30 days Morgan (i think?) vanity case & eye lift for £9.99 I'd be very grateful for it thank you xxx

Was that an additional C18 order? If so, you only have a limited amount of time before it is wiped from your system. Not exactly sure but I think once you reach the deadline date for your next order i.e. C1 in your case, then anything saved for C18 would disappear. On the other hand, if it was your regular C18 order then it should still be saved on your system.....

Also seem to recall reading somewhere that if you submit credits/replacements it won't automatically submit your order but when you submit an order it will automatically submit any credits/replacements saved on your system. (Hopefully if that's wrong, someone will post up and clarify.)

IG is correct about additional orders but if the order you are talking about is your regular order and you are only placing it a few days late, there is a slight chance you may still get it on your scheduled delivery date. Can't guarantee that, obviously, but your upliner/ASM would be able to confirm. Contact them for details of your latest possible date to input your C1 order but still receive your delivery as normal. ;)

It was my regular C18 and I submitted it last night (got email acknowledgement) but it doesn't appear to have worked and the order is nowhere to be seen so I've had to type it up & place it again :( 24 hours late and without the 30 Deals in 30 Days things I wanted. Both the Avon call centre and my ASM have been absolutely useless, the call centre didn't understand what I was on about  Was only a couple of days ago I was saying to my friend that I might quit Avon as my orders have dropped so much and this has edged me even closer :( xx

It happens with things that were OOS when you originally ordered, that was what I thought had happened.... Til op comes back, we'll just have to guess for now!

    how are you MC?? xx

Really sorry that you don't seem to have decent upline support. Check your 'Order Tracking' tomorrow and see if two orders show up - make sure you check the order column, not the invoice column. Rather than ring Fastrack, try emailing Avon via the 'contact us' link at the bottom of your home page and quote the ref. no. in your email confirmation re. the first order you input but has now 'disappeared'. Ask them to make sure they don't double up on your order. Also a good idea to mention in your email that you wanted to order the Daily Deal and see if they will add it to your order - sorry, didn't order it so no idea what the code is.

Avon should reply within 24 hours and hopefully will be able to sort for you.

    Good luck.

    Ah.... lightbulb moment.... :rotfl:

Am fine thanks; hope you are too. Got lots of visitors arriving shortly for Christmas so will be 'absent' again for a few weeks after tomorrow.

Merry Christmas everyone; hope 2012 is kind to us all! :xmastree:
