I only ever seem to post on here when I'm moaning so sorry but I am so angry. I am looking at my invoice for the order to be delivered next week and it shows an item out of stock. This item was out of stock last campaign and was supposed to be delivered this campaign and my customer has ordered it as part of a set for an xmas present.

As far as I can tell there are a couple options 1) They have not ordered enough stock to cover all of the out of stock invoices from last month which is ridiculous planning or 2) They ordered enough stock to cover these invoices but have given them out to customers ordering it this month and not saved any for the back orders.

I would be interested to know if anyone has ordered the Signature body spray for the first time this order and received it?

Signature body spray - C1 was also my 2nd attempt to get this item and it's OOS on my invoice. I bought a new, sealed gift set on eBay containing the same items. It must have been from last year but as long as it's new I think it's nicer than what the customer currently has - 3 loose items. So she'll give me back the 2 items she has already. There were about 6 of these sets on yesterday, all but 1 were auctions. I prefer buy-it-now for the certainty but won an auction last night. Made a profit but not as much as if I'd bought the Avon one with 25% discount.

It's doubly frustrating when the stock problem happens to an item that's part of a set...

Possibly, but no matter how popular the stock I would have assumed they would order atleast enough to over the backlog. Given that if an item is out of stock the invoice says it it will be received next campaign I would expect they receive stock every campaign.

Another quick question from someone who really ought to know: If I have placed an order reaching MOV for C1, should I receive discount on an additional order for C1, which is for less than £52 as I have already sold £52+ in the original order?

I think thats only the case if you're pc, and Im pretty sure you need to be silver or gold. I'm sure at Christmas they've done it before that we got discount on additionals but I don't remember getting a message saying they were doing it this year. I'd just add a couple of items
To your order to get to £52 to be sure of getting a discount then return them, better than taking the chance of missing out on earnings!

Additional order discount - all levels of PC get their regular order discount carried over to any additionals, but for everyone else an additional means reaching MOV or HOV from scratch.

Silver and Gold get the £2.50 p+p charge waived, but Bronze don't.

In many years of being a rep, I have never placed an additional order :eek:
