Also seem to recall reading somewhere that if you submit credits/replacements it won't automatically submit your order but when you submit an order it will automatically submit any credits/replacements saved on your system. (Hopefully if that's wrong, someone will post up and clarify.)

    That is correct, MC.

Just pushed through my C1 order at 9:59 tonight - 1 minute to spare! Had a bit of a panic earlier as an additional order delivered last week had two perfumes in which I cannot find an order for. Have had to conclude that I must have ordered the wrong ones as I remember an order for two of the ones underneath the ones I ordered (if you know what I mean ;)). The additional order was a bit of a waste of time as one of the sets of glass ornaments rattled - yup, they were broken and the reason for me paying £2.50 for this additional order

On the plus side, I got full discount although I hadn't reached MOV, no idea why.

C1 not as good as C18 for me. Fortunately have managed to get rid of 4 non-ordering customers leaving me with mostly 'live' customers (bar about 2 or 3).

Lots of yellow dots and one red dot so fingers crossed for a mostly full order. Still haven't got around to sorting pressies for my ladies and seriously lacking enthusiasm to do so. Christmas is time consuming enough just trying to sort out for my family, lots more to order but running out of money :). And the postmistress told me today that the date for overseas cards (not europe) has gone already... I haven't even written my cards out yet.

Sorry for the moans, just trying not to panic too much.

Thanks Missminx, i thought it should show everything on that invoice also, but its not :(

Yes MarsdenCuckoo, i am a trendsetter, with our camp 1 books we also put out 17 again, and with camp 2 books we put out 18 again (i think so we could still have availability to the xmas things in books. Aswell as having the previous book available as back order.

I have tried again this morning and there is definatly things missing. I will tyr and call up to order it, its just frustrating! Thanks for your help :)

    Hello,

Just spotted that in my c17 invoice two nail enamels which were back ordered from c16 for £3.50 each were charded as c17 2 for £8 - I am pretty sure I checked twice that I used the right c number from the drop down :-( I've emailed Avon but don't expect they will recherge my £1.

Can I return products from a sale leaflect - a customer ordered a nail enamel which she really doesn't like but it was from a sale so I am not sure.

Also I ordered a camise for myself from HT sale section, I haven't even opened it as it looks awful, can I return?

    Many thanks

Hi, wondered how Trendsetters worked - thanks for the info. Sounds like you need to buy an awful lot of books then yes/no or does it work out - eventually - the same? Do your customers get confused? (Sorry, am just naturally inquisitive.) Unfortunately, I don't know anyone in a Trendsetter area, who could help you, so keep trying with your upliner/ASM or maybe email Avon if you are getting no help from fastrack?

    Good luck.

Yes, apart from one item (which is now in HT clearance), you can return absolutely everything. Just return and re-order the nail varnishes at the price your customers are expecting to pay.

The problem is the nail vanishes were at that price in C16, backordered in c17 I can't get them at that price and I've noticed a few weeks after I delivered them. I am in c1 now:( I know I should be chacking everything more carefully, just have no head space for everything that is going on in my life. Oh well!

It's only over Christmas that weve put out the older books again. Which we knew well in advance we were doing so it was just making sure we kept them all/tried to get as many back as possible to put out again. Back to normal now for camp 3 thank goodness as it is confusing taking orders from 3 different books at once!

Oh dear, everyone seems so stressed! I just went to the dr as I've not been well for weeks & had big flare up y'day. Naturally I bump into an avon customer who starts bleating on about her replacement leggings. Shut up.......!

    Happy Xmas MC :santa2:
