Anyway, carrier said theyd not received my order from Avon yet, even though it is due to be delivered on Thursday! According to SL this is normal, but just wanted to double check it with you knowledgable ladies? When should I expect them to have received my order?
I love this forum, its like a one stop shop for all my Avon queries - thanks so much everyone!

As Lozza says, the carriers tend to turn the orders round as quickly as possible - you could try ringing them tomorrow but more likely Wednesday when they will be able to help you.
Ithis thread too - was much more helpful to me yonks before Avon Connects was in existence (and actually even now AC just seems full of newbies, who are left floundering by whoever signed them up but then feel justified in snapping at you when you try and be helpful - or maybe I was just having one of those days yesterday! :rotfl:)

Just done my order- there are loads of yellow dots! Hopefully they'll sort that out before my delivery and the Xmas cutlery holders have a red cross- boo! One of my friends had ordered two :-(0

Fingers crossed they all arrive for you; sometimes even things with red crosses do arrive because items are being returned all the time.Make the most of everything in life (especially Avon)

I really hope so as I imagine there must be quite a few other people ordering then. My deadline wasn't even until tonight so find it really annoying they would be out of stock already.0

I think sometimes you're honest, or just say what your experience has been (after actually looking at the figures, ordering patterns etc...), and it's not what people want to hear. Sometimes they'll mark the discussion as a question, and then give reward points and say thanks to the people who've responded with a certain opinion that fits what they were expecting, and then not responded at all to anyone who said differently.
Will be posting C1 summary soon. Did big collection yesterday and order goes in this evening. Haven't added anything up but it's looking better than C18 (the opposite of what happened last year). A few people ordered who haven't for a while, but most of the people on my list to remove from "the regulars" didn't order. I just hope stock issues don't crop up because I can tell there are lots of items needed for Christmas. I also gave books out again to people who aren't down to get 2 books in a row, and some of these ordered so it's worth doing this if you've got people who requested not to see every book. They didn't order from C18, but did from C1.I used to have my Avon turnover (sales) here. They've been removed because it's not appropriate to talk about those kinds of sales as if they're realistic for a new Rep to aim for.I signed up at the right time, right place, and was very lucky.

Hmm... never thought about it that way. Some people on there just don't seem as nice though.
I spent quite a while trying to help someone, who posted their rep had loads of orders due to be placed that evening but they were struggling with the link on the SLs PRP page. Turns out she'd not even appointed the person as a rep yet and when I mentioned the appointment process and contacting her own upliner for training, she posted that she already had 25 reps on her team so didn't need a lecture! :cool:

Hi everyone, hopefully someone can help.
I just receievd my Campaign 2 delivery and something was broken (it was from campaign 18 book). I loggon on to request a replacement but it only shows campaign 1 and campagn 2 listed.
When i click on campaign 2 it doesnt show everything that i ordered on that order but JUST the items from that campaign book.
Why is that and how can i get a replacement?

try typing a bit of the item description into the box and hitting search. I use that more often when i only have a couple of things to return. It'll search all the available invoices and bring a list of the items up for you.Avon Sales Leader in North Kent Since July 20110

Placed my C18 order last night and just had a call from ASM saying I haven't placed an order?! Just click underneath where it says 'show all available invoices' and select the invoice you want. I am not sure if I am misunderstanding here, BUT, if the broken item arrived with C2, then that should be the invoice that it is listed on anyway regardless which book it is inStill looking for the plot...... Anyone seen it???0
