  • Well I've actually placed an order via the HP site and will let you know what happens.

This could be a most expensive "experiment"...

These bookings are not valid. Give them a call they will cancel it or wait few hours to receive the cancellation.

If you order on the HP website they will take the money from your card. They will then cancel the order as there is NO STOCK. It will take up to 5 days to get your money back.

Ask yourself - what's the point? You have been warned, that is all.

    Please don't bother.

This is very strange... the 32GB versions are advertised on HP's site at the reduced price (£115) but none are available for purchase.

The 16GB appear to be available for purchase, but at £399 each???

    Whaaaaat?

Understand the risk, but if refunded in 5 days, money will be back on by the time my credit card bill is due so nothing to lose really. Don't for one second expect it to work!

ok, ok, i get the point, i'll shut up now - it's just the charity I do voluntary work for got shafted by Amazon cancelling and we're desperate now - put all our eggs in the Amazon basket and can't afford the risk of a full-price experiment...:(

    I have done the same.

Strangely, the 32GB one shows up as full price, but when you click on it, it goes to the reduced price, but then says that there is no stock.

However, the 16GB shows up as full price and in stock.

I expect nothing, but nothing ventured, nothing gained :)
