Does anyone know the legality of the following.. Placed an order on a national retailers website at 10am.. got a confirmation.. The site offers next day delivery.. No email.. No cancellation email.. No stock arrived.. WHY!.. what is the legality if they have charged my card!0

I think a dictionary is in order for youTheir behavior is nothing new? they have CONSISTANTLY said NO price drop. NO refunds.
People who have bought Touchpads from Tesco deserve all they get. Its not Tesco's fault that you went out and bought a touchpad thinking you could cheat the system and get a refund at a later date.
As for abusing DSR (ordering at full price and holding the item untill/IF you get a refund) is a blaintant mockery of LAW put in place to protect consumers not to get a bargin.
I honestly think some people on this thread need to seriosuly look at their actions... constantly complaint about sellers not lowring their prices... its THEIR choice, if you don't like it don't buy from them.

Spot on... so conflict of interest. Thanks for pointing that out.
Also, just so you know there may be some 64Gig models flying around too... So if you see them, you are not mistaken.
I also read that 3g models were for release September but doubt that will be the case but just a heads up...0 -

Those who can afford to buy it at full price, (which actually you clearly could afford to do as you did, although you obviously don't wnat to spend your money on that in the long run) have a distinct advantage over those who cannot afford to spend that money in order to gain in the future. By exercising this, they are keeping those who cannot afford it out of the running. Like I said, I understand it, but I don't like it.
I do not think you can class someone willing to buy a tablet PC as poor!!! I thought a poor person will have other priorities0 -
