Congratulations studentmrs. I was wondering when the next BFP was going to appear. :j

TMI alert: Not sure what is going on with my body. It has decided to bleed this evening. Bright red as well at 6 dpo. Got another 9 days until my period and this is not good. I have backache too. Damn hormones and womens bodies. Really not impressed.

I just went to the loo and it had just started. Not too heavy it was dripping into toilet and was on toilet paper. But is bright red and I have cramping on left side with backache on that side too. My last period was weird tho, with 7 day of bright red bleeding at different flows. No idea what is going on but i am worried.

Im not really sure because I had something that I thought was possibly EWCM the other day, except it was quite cloudy so I put it as sticky because it wasnt like EW that Ive had before.

And now after FF putting in my ov, then taking it away after I put the hopefully more accurate temp in, Ive now added todays temp in, and its put it back in again! But still red dashes and not a firm line.

Its weird every other month Ive been 99% sure of my ov and now I really have no idea which is irritating for predicting AF.

But my opks have arrived now so I might just start doing them because they are so cheap, incase i havent ov yet.

Flee How long was your LP last month?
If you are worried maybe make an appointment to see your doctor?
If you have a shorter LP maybe look at something like Agnus Castus or vitamin b6 to help. Not medical advice of course just what I've read elsewhere.

It could be implantation bleeding at this stage (6/7dpo would be textbook) though it sounds heavier than most implantation bleeds from what you describe. It could also though be due to your diet and changing the way you eat, if you are still trying to lose weight before Christmas. I noticed a few weeks ago you were planning on cutting down on bread, have you cut any other food groups out? I had this problem earlier in the year when I lost weight by reducing (not completely cutting out by any means) carbs. The weight came off easily and I felt much healthier but it completely knocked my hormones out of whack, and I ended up bleeding for several weeks continuously (not very heavily but more than light spotting) until my body got used to the new way of eating again.

Anyhow, shall keep my fingers crossed it IS implantation and that you'll be reporting a BFP in 3 or 4 days time.

My LP is consistantly 14 days and has always been this. My cycle is always 33 days too. Nothing out of the ordinary. I will see what happens over the weekend and make an appointment on Monday.

Thanks for responding Nicki, I have been trying to cut down by having more cereal rather than bread. I have not done anything extreme or cut anything out of my diet.

The lines are dashed rather than solid I think because your temp shift isn't very dramatic and you've not recorded any other signs.

I think EWCM can be creamy in colour, I think it's the stretchy aspect that's important. Could it have been ahem.... "left overs" from BDing? That can look similar to EWCM but tends to be creamier in colour and less stretchy.

Don't feel crap about it - you know everyone on here is genuinely pleased for you - just wishes it was them (& everyone else too).

I'm still waiting for AF. Due any day. Got a do on tomorrow which will involve alcohol so hope I don't feel crampy etc.

Massive congrats STUDENTMRS!!!!

QQ will post CD1 when AF decides to rock up, she's not shown yet, probably heard me banging on about my "textbook" cycles and decided to show me who's boss by making me a few days late so she'll still be here over Christmas the w(b)itch! Is it wierd that I'm a bit excited about AF this month though as it will mean we're officially trying!?

MRSHAPPY I'm glad you've not gone, I'm doing the same course as you with the OU and might need you to kick me up the bum at some point! How are you getting on with it?!
