Trying for a Baby Part 7

Hi emsbet! I'm around. Have been out to town today (yes I know I'm mad going out on the last Saturday before Christmas), and it wasn't as bad as I expected it to be. I managed to get a jokey present for Moon (Where's Stig book - similar to Where's Wally) as well as some sweets etc for him, and a book for my Dad - The Second Book of General Ignorance (QI). I've wrapped a few presents (Moon's ones are wrapped and hidden whilst he's been at work), but still have some to go. I think I'll wrap a few a day, that way I'll still enjoy doing it. I think I may need to get some more wrapping paper anyway. Pleased you're enjoying your day.Enjoy the little things, for one day you may look back and realize they were the big things.I married Moon 8/4/2011, baby boy born 26/9/2012, Angel Baby Poppy born 8/11/15, Rainbow baby boy born 11/2/20170

Fantastic news Student_Mrs! Have a happy and healthy pregnancy and birth! Good luck with the rest of your uni course too. Let the tutors know as soon as you can, as they will be able to make allowances if you're not feeling yourself.Enjoy the little things, for one day you may look back and realize they were the big things.I married Moon 8/4/2011, baby boy born 26/9/2012, Angel Baby Poppy born 8/11/15, Rainbow baby boy born 11/2/20170

When will it feel real though?? My dad moved to China and is back this week for a couple of weeks so we want to tell him so that it's face to face but then that means having to tell in laws and my mum and I'm so scared that will jinx it all plus I keep remembering his oh so happy reaction when we told him we were moving the wedding a year forward!
sexymouse, where's Stig sounds great! As I was in work 9-4 today, we are finishing off our Christmas shopping tomorrow - eek!

You can have some of ours we went a bit OTT with buying the wrapping paper. We could have wrapped each present four times over! hmmm maybe I should do that and put a sweet in each layer and it can be like pass the parcel :rotfl:

It might feel more real when you get more symptoms (some people don't get any symptoms so don't worry if they don't appear). It sounds like you already have the start of some. Mine kicked in about six weeks.
Don't worry about jinxing yourself.

), plus the nerve pains etc, so I'm a bit quiet IRL too
Need to lay out all the Christmas presents tonight and wrap them all, ready for the family gathering tomorrow. Think it'll be the first time all my siblings and my parents will have been together for about 9years! It'll either be good, or hideous! :rotfl:Student_Mrs wrote: »Um... feel a bit crap posting this as I know we are all struggling and I was looking forward to Operation CC but... after faint lines for the last 3 days which I thought were evap lines on my IC, I caved and bought a Superdrug test on the way home yesterday and when hubby went to the shop decided to do it then even though I was planning on trying in the morning.
