Bo obs are growing again :rotfl: had a bit of ewcm yesterday (and that smell is back). My OPKs turned up yesterday so I'll have a test this afternoon & hope last nights large amount of vodka has left my system

Sounds like you are getting near ov.

I never notice my boobs growing during my cycle only when they get a bit painful :)
I started OPKs yesterday they were negative as expected. CD11 today so I expect to start seeing a line appear tomorrow but will try again today just incase.

    xx

Good luck at the doctors tomorrow, I'm sure he/she will take you seriously and you will get on fine. Am I right in thinking you are a similar age to me/us? (I'm late 30's and he is late 40's? Our ages were what got our GP shifting-she was keen not to faff about) Are you going on your own or is your OH going with you?
Lots of questions there-sorry! Good luck :)

Yes ages are similar, just going on my own and will see what they say as matters are complicated by DH being registered at different doctors than me. DH does know I am going and I have forewarned him that they may suggest he have tests.

Good luck at the docs primmer.

TMI alert: Grrr to my stupid body. The red bleeding stopped after I first checked and turned to brown blood. Tiny bit on pad I put on after finding the blood and none since. Just brown blood when I wipe. Must be my hormones going crazy. Just left with cramping in my left side and backache just on the left side.

I'm sure it will be fine, I think it's a huge step to go and ask for help, so well done. mrhappy was at another GP, but I "encouraged" him to change as my GP has been brilliant. As I said the other day mrhappy has been great about doing SA's-he hasn'tliked it, but has just got on with it. Will be thinking about you tomorrow x

The lines are dashed rather than solid I think because your temp shift isn't very dramatic and you've not recorded any other signs.

I think EWCM can be creamy in colour, I think it's the stretchy aspect that's important. Could it have been ahem.... "left overs" from BDing? That can look similar to EWCM but tends to be creamier in colour and less stretchy.

    xx

Nope definitely wasnt as we hadnt BDed yet - which is also annoying as it would mean were definitely out this month.

But that is one thing that really annoys me actually as the two can be hard to distinguish sometimes right when you need to know!

My temp is low again today and I think that I probably didnt ov because my temps are no where near what they usually are after ov. Also perhaps I just had more cm this month earlier than usual because I drank a fair bit of grapefruit juice and made sure I wasnt dehydrated last I was last cycle, so basically was drinking loads.

So Im now going to do opks and see what happens over the next week with temps as I expect I should ov this week.

    thanks for looking :)

Has everyone finished their christmas shopping yet? And am I the only one who has still got a lot to do before christmas?

We have had a christmas movie weekend watching Santa Clause the movie, Muppets Christmas Carol and Home Alone to get into the spirit of things after doing a bit of shopping.

Had a disaster making pre packed kits for making ginger bread houses. The icing was not sticky enough and the housse kept falling apart. I had to cellotape it all together until the icing sets. The ginger bread pieces were broken and became soft and it is lucky that I did not smash the pieces in frustration. lol. Kids were covered in icing and fed up. lol.

My boobs feel giant at mid cycle and very uncomfortable before period. Negative ovulation here as well, today was the first day I used the internet cheapies. If I get a positive one, I'll do a clearblue smiley as well, have 2 left from last month.

Morning ladies, hope everyone has a good Sunday. Having a lazy day and tidying up house a bit and then out tonight round friends for Christmas drinks.

Going to the doctors tomorrow night to ask for some help and advice as been over two years of ttc with no success. Feel really nervous about it and hope doctor takes me seriously.

Hugs and sticky baby dust to all xx

Primmer, I went to the Dr for the first time yesterday (I'm with an out of hours GP surgery so they do weekend appointments as well) and the dr took me really seriously. We have only been trying since April and had a MC in Oct, the dr was very reassuring and sent me for blood test, recommended lots of things. She herself had a MC 2 years ago so understood how I felt. She already booked me in for next Sat to go over blood result, etc. Good luck!

Nope - I've still not finished my Christmas shopping either Flee. I've got a few more bits to get for Moon, and I've got to get something for my Nana still. I've got her one small thing (non-alcoholic mulled wine) so far (the pharmacist at my doctor's dispensary suggested this when I ran into her in Poundland yesterday). Hopefully my Mum will come up with some more ideas. She is someone who is very difficult to buy for due to her disabilities, medication and allergies. I've also got to go and get her birthday flowers tomorrow (birthday on Wednesday).
