Trying for a Baby Part 7

My little nephews are in Sydney! I try to get there at least every 18 months, but so much changes in that time it's crazy. The boys are used to their various aunties and uncles appearing on Skype though, so they still know me. But... not quite the same and the feeling of a way little bodies give you the most wonderful hugs just doesn't quite work on skype.
Oh that must be so hard. I haven't seen my eldest nephew since september and I miss him so I can only imagine how hard 18 months apart must be.Kitten_Pie wrote: »I am hoping things will get easier, just trying to feed him up and focus my attention on looking after him, hence all the cooking recently.;)
I know the feeling, I don't think it is daft, I think of you, your OH and Alex often. Even my OH knows about you
What's a little embarrassing is that the girls on this board are those who I am closest to at the moment.you guys probably know more about me and what is going on than my close family.
Aww ((hugs)) DH knows about you too. I'm so grateful to this thread because there are so many like minded people here who know what I'm going through when those around me don't really.very blah lol how are you? x
Oh dear ((hugs)) sweetie. I'm ok thanks, just waiting for go on operation CC!

Mrs Happy - how easy was it to raise the issue that the problem might be with the OH? I am concerned to raise it with my OH as I think men think kids are a 'womens' thing, and don't like to get involved much. I have always assumed issues with kids would be on my side, but actually the longer things go on, the more I seem to be fine, and it looks like I will have to ask OH to get more involved. I'm not looking forward to it.
It was surprisingly easy, when I had the implant removed I didn't have a period for ages, so I had already been to to doctors about that and chatted to her about the next steps if necessary, so I had told mrhappy that we would probably both need checked out fairly quickly cos of our ages, he was really good about it, the GP just asked me to ask him to make an appointment to talk about it and the next thing I knew he was off doing a SA!He has been brilliant about doing his bit and getting SA's done, but the poor soul is miserable now!
Just coming out of lurkdom to say I saw this competition and thought some of you ladies might like to enter, it ends on the 13th of January and the answer is Donation. Good Luck

I'm really lucky that my brother and his family live nearby and I see my little niece a few times a week, she is just adorable-I love being an auntie and am looking forward to spoiling her for her first Christmas0 -
hullo just got in from work, was really hoping for an early finish as we were really quiet. But people kept coming including my friend 'the gent' that comes up and visits us occasionally as he lives in Shropshire. So got loads of hugs and was really good to see him, put my mind off wanting to go home and curl up on the sofa with a good film, hotwater bottle and some xmas choccies. Have no energy at all, can't even be bothered to make myself a cuppa, but oh has just made me one, as I said he could have some left over baileys and choccy mousse.
Anyone for a nice warm mince pie? Got some cooking away in the oven at the moment.Remember never judge someone that makes a mistake, because in six months time it may be you that makes the next mistake.0 -
