Just nearly had a red-faced moment. Opened my Amazon delivery at work (so I could dump the packaging) and suddenly realised it wasn't a Christmas pressie. It was ConceivePlus.

I recovered well & stuffed it in my bag!

Oh no i need my 8 hours :rotfl:

im finding it really hard now.....yes im on my last month of clomid and luckily had not any side effects got to go back to consultant on 17th Jan
I sometimes get 8hrs, but it's on the wrong side of the clock :o

Did you have any invasive tests before you got to this point ILH?
I was diagnosed with CFS when I was 15; I spent about 18 months in bed with a graduated return to school and 6th form over the following year. It is fine now (or at least, manageable - I can live a normal life as long as I don't try to be too hardcore about it!) but I recognised a lot of the symptoms you have, as I suffered at the time - and my sleep patterns are STILL dreadful.
I find my sleep patterns much worse after ov. I want to sleep alllll the time when AF's around, and sleep is much better between AF and ov. Weird isn't it? Glad you manage to get back on your feet, so to speak. I manage much better now than I was doing, but coming off the medication in order to TTC has been a pain (literally and figuratively), but I'm still unable to work and I have to take it slow and pace (beginning to hate that word!) myself. I have a wheelchair for the worst days, when I want to go somewhere with DH but don't have the energy, and/or have dislocated something :o

It all makes me worry that people will judge my desire for a baby tbh, like they look at me and think "you can't look after yourself, so what are you doing trying for a baby", sort of thing :o

It really frustrates me how every medical appointment I go to, they ask for your profession... I say incapacitated/disabled (but I don't "look" ill, apparently) - this latest doctor tried 3 times to put down "home maker" or "house wife" or something instead! I wish I WAS a house wife! I might be more use to DH then!

Anyway, sorry for the rant, I got a bit carried away there :o

    Good evening all,

Hope everyone is good, welcome to newbies and returners :) Lots of you today!

Emsbet, I agree that asking you to deal with the gift was a bit tactless, but probably just not thought through. After my mc I was at a family do and I couldn't even look at my cousins new baby, people were commenting on how I normally go daft for babies and I got my myself a bit worked up :o The pain does ease, honestly :o

I'm loving temping with FF, I now have lovely lines on my graph, and DPO days are a different colour-so exciting-I'm easily pleased! ;)

Bigz and sa-ra-ra congrats on coping (and thriving!) With all life throws at you. I can imagine people being very insensitive about ttc - as I said above many people are just so thoughtless.

I've stopped ssing now due to really hurting myself-stupidly! I did a run on sunday and probablypushed a bit much after a long break and gave myself shin splints. Then today had another intense session with a personal trainer and i really aggravated my left leg. Can hardly walk... Very painful! Plus about 100 crunches all in, so any cramping now will be from that!

so a bit down now. Well get dh to run me a bath to feel sorry for myself in. :)

i first started my tests in may - blood test and SA for OH both came back fine altho oh mobility and morphology wasnt great but brilliant count. had appointment for HSG the one when they put the dye in and xray you.

second appointment checked results said no problems altho oh sa was still the same they have referred him to a urologist. gave me clomid for 3 months and then booked me in for another appointment in jan which will be 4 months since i last went. not sure what the next step is altho they mentioned ivf

dont worry how people judge you what do they know.....most people me included are insensitive when we dont have a clue whats going on we just make presumptions but so what you do what you want to

    Hi everyone

    Your all so welcoming :)

I was 9 + 4 when I had the mc, got my scan on Monday to make sure everything has come out, so hopefully another 2 weeks and af will return.

Least when it come I can start planning things properly. X
