QQ - you can add my age (36) and I've had 1 mc if you want to put that in as well. We've been trying since September but have become more positive about it recently. :D

MV - I know - where did that year go! Yeah - I keep lurking on the boards as well but don't post very much. Every now and again I get brave and post something! :rotfl:

    Hello people.

    Random thought for the day.

How many months are you actually pregnant for. Don't laugh, I know it's 9 - but 9 months from now is the beginning of Aug - or are you pregnant for the 9th month and the baby might get born at the beginning of Sept. Anyone know?!

Can you tell I have too much time on my hands at work today! Lot easier with the animals I work with - Pigs are 3 months, 3 weeks and 3 days - exactly. Never deviate.

I think its 40 weeks? I think thats based on first day of last period?

FF said that if I had a bfp tomorrow then due date would be aug 09.

Someone else might know for sure1

    That sounds right:)
I'm glad I'm not an elephant though, 22 months is a long time:shocked:

I suppose if we count the day sperm is made (something like 72 days before ejaculation), a baby takes almost an year to make:cool:

Its 40 weeks calculated from the point you concieved. If thats unknown then they will take the date of your last period. for our first it was 42 weeks. Our friend had hers at 36 weeks and her due date was the same. When you will actually have it depends on stress levels, baby health, your health, alignment of the moons, hot curries and the weather - its a mystery

Wow, i've learnt some random stuff on this thread but the fact that sperm is already 72 days old tops the bill!

    72 days!

My future child could be a tadpole right now!

Thanks Claire C too - that helps in my head
