I've been thinking about it and I think I'm just going to do it. I don't like making a fuss and also I think I need to stop trying to hide from all things baby. So I think I'm going to be brave and just do it. I think I'm just a bit annoyed that it hasn't occured to anyone that it might be too hard for me to get those things

my nose isn't bruised just a bit fat looking its a small triangle patch under my left eye that is a little blue x

yeah got a couple of hours, keep nodding off though, had 2 naps so far this morning lol. Going to do some cleaning and sorting because OH has lost the iPod and I know it is in the flat somewhere.

some of those jokes on that news story are terrible lol.

Emsbet, maybe your colleagues thought by emailing about her you were ok with it now and thats why they have asked you to organise something for her. Still a bit insensitive but if none of them have ever gone through something similar then there's a chance they won't realise how much these things affect you xx

Maybe although I didn't mention cards or collections just that she'd had the baby as no one else is friends with her on fb and I'm the one people kept asking so I thought I'd tell them in one email instead of having to say it over and over in person.

I'm usually the one who gets given the task of organising cards/presents etc so that's more likely to be why.

*shrug* it doesn't matter now anyway. I guess I just forget that what happened isn't important/doesn't matter to anyone but DH and I.
