    Surprise?:p
I don't think it was any different to IUIs we did. I didn't moan or complain, only did the injection once in front of him (because he wanted to see it). I didn't get hormonal, or get any side effects (apart from OHSS which we both thought hilarious:D).

We were both disappointed when it failed, but other than that, it was quite a breeze:cool:

EDIT: OHSS is not hilarious, it is a serious condition when the ovary gets hyper stimulated, and becomes swollen, and water begins to fill up your body. Ours was only hilarious, as it was a mild one, and I ended up looking and sounding like a water butt:o

Maybe he's worried that you might get ohss again - but more severely?

    Just seen these on ebay

Obviously the fact that they are out of their outer wrapping is a concern, but for that price for digi tests, they are surely worth a punt? I have put them on my watch list, only because I have 4 digis stockpiled already, plus another 10 EHPTs coming from Amazon in the next few days and am hoping beyond hope I get my BFP before I use all of these up. But if I get loads of BFNs this month again and there are any left, I will give them a go.

Thanks Nikki. I might have accidentally bought some so I'll let you know what they're like.

I just skim read your post, and thought you were referring to tinks when you posted that. Thought that's very insensitive of bigzippy :eek:. Then realised that it was ME being insensitive by bringing that thought to mind :rotfl:
:naughty: I don't do toilet humour :naughty:;)
BigZ, do you have ME/CFS/fibro? Sorry if I've missed you saying, but a lot of the symptoms you talk about were recognisable...
I do indeed yes, amongst some others that like to tag along with it ;) How did you guess?

Hopefully you'll come home to good news and not too much of a mess ;) How was your first day back?

Dad's out of surgery now and fine :D And MIL has indeed been moved back to more local hospital, but a different ward for some reason... we'll see where she goes from here!

Glad your Dad is out of surgery bigz.

TMI alert: Ohhh I need some advice. My period started last week on Wednesday and the bleeding has been fresh with no period pains, and I have been in a very good mood (opposite of how I normally am).
Last three days have been lighter and the blood is very pink mixed in with clear CM. There is no dark blood to suggest that it is drying up. Should I be worried? In the past my period would be red for a few days and bad pain and the period blood would go darker.
Only thing is I have cramping especially on the lower left side which I have constantly atm.
I think I should go to the doctors and am going to make an appointment for tomorrow. I am worried. :S

Flee I'm not an expert, but it doesn't sound like something to worry about. I often get a lot of CM when I have my period too, and don't always get period pains. I have the last couple of cycles, but hadn't for the previous 6 or so. If you are still worried that it isn't normal for you, then maybe speaking to your doctor will reassure you. Hope it's nothing to worry about.
Enjoy the little things, for one day you may look back and realize they were the big things.

Pleased to hear your parents are ok zippy. Hope you sleep better tonight. I was very tempted to get online when I was up around 4 to say hello to you alll, but decided to go back to bed with my wheatbag so as not to wake Moon up again with the computer turning on.
