thanks, i was wondering if it could be cos im a skin flint and don't have heating on so we have a rather cool flat lol. I'm currently sat in a snuggle rug on the sofa lol .. with one of the kittens inside it laying on my feet lol..

Will see how it goes though and if a pattern emerges. The android app is really good though x

Heating could affect it as well, as with different duvet and pyjamas:)

    Hey lovely ladies.

Ive run out of IC's to test with so going to pop to the shops on my lunch. I have either Boots or superdrug. Both sell First response which are on offer :money:. I also want to get a clearble digi for if I ever get my BFP.

I dont know whether to go for superdrug own brand or First response or both :rotfl:

TTC40 - you are really unlikely to get a peak on day 6 anyway so you could just switch it on and set it to day 5 and get going. It doesn't matter if the day counter on the machine is one (or even two) days off, so long as you are consistent each month with that. I wouldn't push it more than 2 days though as you might miss the egg. You'll have missed the testing window for FMU today by now, but you could reset it for tomorrow and tell it you are on day 5 if you don't want to miss a month? Then if no BFP, either push the m button 2 days after AF actually turns up, or better option reset it completely and start again properly.

Thanks - I did start it off, so it thinks I'm day 5. I'd already POAS so that's one wasted - not a major problem.

I'm planning on operation BD from Wednesday onwards - every other day. Not told OH yet. I would go every day just in case - but he's not up to it!

    No...

Tonight or tomorrow night I think:(

I don't think there's much to think about though. Do we want a baby or not? I'm not getting younger and he knows this.

I did tell him initially before we did IVF that we should think about doing it for at least 3 times. 6 months on, when did he think I'll do the next one?

With my OH I generally have to start the conversation & go back to him the next day to finish it when it's something delicate. He would always rather stick his head in the sand and not bring whatever it is up.

I find it very frustrating as if I didn't initiate the discussion, it wouldn't happen.

Im not really sure. Because Im kinda paranoid about getting a bfn! Its starting to drive me insane not knowing but at the same time I feel like if I get a bfn, Ill just be like 'Well maybe its negative because its too early.' :rotfl:

So it seems like perhaps I should wait til 13dpo. Also I dont know if I have a 12 or 13 day luteal phase so I cant even be sure when AF is due which is annoying. So it could turn up Weds or Thurs, and of course i could spot before then anyway and thn Ill know Im out.

Im just hoping if it does come (which obviously I hope it wont!) it waits til thursday because Im looking after the children I take care of for 12 hours that day, and just popping to the loo for 5 minutes they are always asking me where I am, what I am doing etc!
so I really dont want to experience CD1 on Wednesday..

Haha yep not petite in height then. But yeah maybe youre just naturally a bit colder.

Also thinking about it the 5 year old who I take care of who is 3ft something is always warm!!

Oooo! Good luck! I woul dpersonlly go with Superdrug own. I think they are slightly more sensitive and having used both I have to say I prefer the Superdrug ones.

Thanks Ems. Not holding out much hope seeing as yesterdays was bfn but if I dont buy any tests i will drive myself mad all night wondering. My only glimmer of hope is no sign of spotting yet but I am having a few cramps but you never know I suppose.
