It does feel like my pma is running out sometimes and sometimes I'm not sure how much longer I can keep it up :o. rag rugs and recycling old clothes sounds like a good diversion. I've started writing a book, I don't know if it will ever be any good but I've always wanted to write and if you don't try, you don't know :).

Without wanting to be too personal, how's your BMI now? Would you feel happy to take clomid yet? Even if you aren't quite at where you want to be if your dr's happy to perscribe it maybe give it a go for one cycle? Obviously I don't know you in real life and I really hope you get pregnant but from a couple of things you've said I've thought you and your hubby would do brilliantly if you adopted. I imagine you both being able to take any baby and love it to bits regardless of where it came from :)
Since saying I wanted to lose another BMI by Christmas, I haven't yet, so I think I'm at 36ish now? I don't want to check and depress myself :o I think they say 35 for clomid as an upper limit, tho the weightloss so far may go in my favour for convincing them I'm trying, I don't know if it's something I want to try and swing, if that makes any sense? I'm fitting into size 16s and even some 14s though, and I've always been heavier than I've looked, so I don't know if I'll ever look right at a "normal/healthy weight" iyswim...? Meh. I don't want to go back to them til December though, it's sort of a deadline I've set in my head... :o

As for adoption, it's definitely something that we're open to. You're right, we would love any baby to bits. We would like to have at least one of our own first though, ideally. And adoption forms/processes worry me because I don't know how much my health will be a problem/stumbling block... I also know that the application process can take a looooooong time

Good luck with the book :)
Hugs Bigbizppy/Colli – im feeling the same too 18 months for me now with nothing. No problems on my side (that the doc can find) and OH swimmers are lazy even tho hes got a DD. But that was 18 years ago and the doctor said all his lifestyle has changed so he cant say what his swimmers were like then and he was much younger (hes 40 now). The corrie thing really got to me aswell. Especially due to becky not being able to have kids
Don't get me started on the wee 16yr old, Chesney's gf, either
Hope the clomid helps you out with your BFP soon!
Read Tommys guide last night (it came in post yesterday) and most things I knew but there was a couple of things different. Like it takes 90 days to produce a new batch of sperm! So any life changes you don’t see the results for 3 months!!!
Yeh I read that too... told DH too. He's been on his "health kick" for over 6months now though, so it's not that :o

Dad was bck to hospital this AM for his scan results I now can't get hold of him as phone is engaged
Hope yours and Lily's dads are A-OK :)
I am in hospital tomorrow to see consultant and have pelvic scans etc to check all is ok after last MC and to see if there is any reason for the pain I have been in :o

Just want to get PG again and have a baby I can hold in my arms. :o
Good luck tomorrow tink. Are you nervous? Is DH going with you?

I hope you get your stickiest bean very soon tink (and emsbet, colli, welshpolarbear, mishka, nicki, QQ, and anyone else I've inadvertently missed)... SO sticky it goes overdue ;):p

ETA: big saggy grey granny pants for the CD1/2/3s!

You could be describing me. I am heavier than I look and fit into size 16 and occasionally size 14s. I used to be size 10/12 and that look suited me better so I am hoping to go nearer to that before the wedding.

I am now wondering whether the reason I was late was because I had a miscarriage before the first BFN? My AF the month before was weird and so light I'm not sure it even counted and my clothes were getting tighter. The smell of coffee made me feel sick and my pain from my EDS was 100x worse than I am in during AF. The minute AF started, the pain went back to normal EDS pain during AF. Plus I have a higher risk of miscarriages with EDS.

The only reason I am thinking this is because of the pain I was in before EDS but I guess there is no way of knowing for sure. Someone tell me I am being silly.

claire16c – My Oh is exactly the same…I remind him but he doesn’t think its something to celebrate ie not wedding anniversary etc but we usually end up going for a meal

Yeah my DH said to me after we got married does that mean we dont have to have our 'other' anniversary, but as we only got married this year and have now been together for 9 I said to him theres no way Im starting back at 1 again lol. So poor DH has to remember 2 dates. :)

When I came back home from work though he had bought me a small birdhouse (something Ive been wanting to put in the garden for a while) and a card he wrote a poem in, so I thought that was a cute present, he always manages to get something imaginative. So its worth reminding him for :rotfl:
