Good evening ladies,
Hope everyone is good, hugs to all who are CD1 or 2, lots of cycles are syncing (sp?) theses days! Hopefully a bumper crop of BFP's this time next month!
Huge hugs emsbet, your post last night was so sad, I wish you still had Alex as well xxxxx
I did a sneaky wee test this morning and BFNNot sure what is going on-I have had a tiny dot of spotting today, but it's not fresh, so I just need to wait and see if it comes to anything.
I got my blood results back today and they are normal, after a quick google I think that is an indication that I did ovulate? Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong though, the blood was taken on CD21.
Poor hubby had a doctors appointment this morning to ask about his swimmers, was sent home with a sample jar and had to get it to the labs this morning, he did the necessary, took it to the hospital, which is on the other side of Glasgow, got parked and when he took it in he was told that they don't accept samples after 11am and he needs an appointment anyway, he was not at all happy and phoned me ranting about it, 10 minutes later he phoned me back ranting even more-he had got a £40 parking fine, :rotfl:
He is fuming and has to back in a fortnight, I know I shouldn't laugh.
I'm away to look for my PMA inside a dairy milk wrapper
OH NO!!!!:eek:My hubby would be the same and it would probably make me laugh too. Sorry if this sounds mean but quite nice to hear the men have to suffer TTC too, mind you £40 is a lot less than I've spent on all the TTC gubbins I shell out for. Was there any pma in the dairy milk wrapper, do you think it's worth me having a look in one too?

Hello WPB, nice to see you back
. You sound as though you are coping very well, I'm already panicking inside about getting to what would have been my due date. I thought it would be ok if I was pregnant by then but I don't think that's going to happen
. I agree with how horrible it is when people avoid talking about your loss, I don't think I've ever felt so lonely. I know it's because people don't know what to see and feel awkward but COME ON, if one of your friends is going through something horrible make the effort, it will be appreciated. Oops, got a bit ranty there! I think I go a bit mental when AF's in town
:)
Aww, thanks Colli. Yeah doing ok, we scattered her ashes on the due date with all the family there and it was a kind of final saying goodbye. Bless her :-( when would yours have been?
And you have taken the words out of my mouth, I have felt so ranty aboout it many a time. You definitely find out who your true friends are at the worst times of your life.
Keep up with the pma. We will get there, we will get there, we will get there!!!0 -
Morning Ladies :j
Happy Belated birthday Rebecca
Hi WPB – Congrats on the new job ....Hugs for everything else
claire16c – My Oh is exactly the same…I remind him but he doesn’t think its something to celebrate ie not wedding anniversary etc but we usually end up going for a meal
Hugs Emsbet...i know this isn’t much but I do hope you feel better soon..You have an excellent husband for support and US!! I cannot imagine what you (or any other lovely ladies) must go through…slap me in the face if you want but can the doctor not refer you to a support group? As I said I don’t know what you are going through but there are a lot of ladies in the same situation
Hugs Bigbizppy/Colli – im feeling the same too 18 months for me now with nothing. No problems on my side (that the doc can find) and OH swimmers are lazy even tho hes got a DD. But that was 18 years ago and the doctor said all his lifestyle has changed so he cant say what his swimmers were like then and he was much younger (hes 40 now). The corrie thing really got to me aswell. Especially due to becky not being able to have kids
Read Tommys guide last night (it came in post yesterday) and most things I knew but there was a couple of things different. Like it takes 90 days to produce a new batch of sperm! So any life changes you don’t see the results for 3 months!!!
TTC40 – I think you can have upto 20 days of highs – Its not happened to me but it says in the manual that if you have 10 days of highs the machine will ask for another 10 days worth how long are your cycles?
I had to laugh too Mrshappy. My OH would never go on his own..he needs a helping hand and then we rush to the appointment LOL
CD2 for me – second round of clomid starts today – that is all0 -

My cycles are usually 26-28 days, so I would have expected a peak before now.
Yes, I am onto my second lot of 10 sticks - not very MSE!0 -
I've started writing a book, I don't know if it will ever be any good but I've always wanted to write and if you don't try, you don't know
This starts next month: Nanowrimo I might give it a go.
DH had his job interview this morning, so keeping my fingers crossed for that. And my dad is having an op this afternoon, so crossing my fingers for that too.
I have got a tummy ache today and got stuck in traffic on the way to work, so hopefully my luck is going to DH and my dad today!
(((Hugs))) to all that need one. Lily x0 -

Thanks.
I don't think there are any mc support groups near me just one to counselling services. I think we can do this ourselves and posting here helps a lot too.
I have an appointment at the hospital tomorrow morning and hopefully I'll get the all clear and be told the infection has gone and the mc is complete. I think once I have that and the bleeding has stopped I can focus more on my emotional recovery.

BigZippy "Anyway, my point was that my pma sucks (i swore vehemently in front of MIL when I found out about tracy having steve's twins after an isolated one night stand, on Corrie!
)"
I know what you mean. I'm struggling to watch Corrie at all at the minute. Every storyline seems to be about babies or kids. It's only been 5 months for me (although I was waiting to TTC for about 2 years) so it must be hard for people who are struggling.
Rebekah what a cute link.
Lily I'm contemplating NaNoWriMo. I've always wanted to write a book and it would stop me SS'ing if nothing more!0
