first things first Emsbet, you are NOT being oversensitive. No way, we all react in different ways to things and if you don't feel up to work you are RIGHT.

Secondly, I'm sure the dr will sign you off for as long as you need.

Thirdly, mc affects you physically as well as emotionally though it's hard to see when you're hurting mentally so badly so you need to rest to recover.

Forthly, they're making you redundant. I don't know the circumstances but you can guarantee they weren't putting you first then so why should you put them first now and go back before you are ready? At worst they could say on a reference "Emsbet had XXX days off sick" (and I'm not sure they could even do that) which is easily explained with yes you did, it was covered by a dr's note and not a recurring health issue a future employer should be aware of.

Put youself first, b0ll0cks to them xxx

Sorry to hear the sad news over the past few days, hugs to all that need them.

AF has arrived tonight, so CD1 for me tomorrow please QQ. Will reset my CBFM and see what it says this month!! Wonder when it will ask me to pee as it asked me to on CD9 last month and i was on high from then until CD29.....and no peak. Have just ordered a BBT so will be doing that as well this month. Also bought some conceive plus, have previously used pre-seed so thought we would give this a go!! Have had a look at fertility friend but it looks far too complicated for my brain so think ill just be recording my temps!!

    xx

    YEAH!

Maybe you should get Colli to come into the office with you emsbet?! ;) No-one would mess with her, she sounds like a scary lady! :rotfl:
((hugs)) emsbet, don't let work stress you out. You're being completely reasonable in your reaction and they are being idiots.

Thanks again everyone for all the lovely messages, I just can't believe it's me you're talking about...! :D

Hugs pot8o for AF, boo hiss :o

Emsbet, Im sorry your employers aren't being more undstanding. a$$holes. I hope the doctor signs you off, they will - I know it. Do not settle, if you don't feel ready to go back to work, DON'T.

Im still low on CBFM, this waiting part is sooo boring *yawn* - what I have decided to do is write their date and the CD # on each one in a sharpie and put them in a plastic baggie! Then I can compare the lines on each one an get to really understand my cycle :D - Thanks for the idea, QQ! :D

Oh your post has made me so angry emsbet! I can't believe that some people can be so insensitive towards you. As others have said, I'm sure that the doctor would sign you off, and I'm wondering if there is someone you can put a complaint into further down the line when you're feeling more up to it. I would be fuming too! Sending you a big hug, and hope you get a good night's sleep tonight. I hope that talking to us is helping a bit. Have you considered writing a journal? It may help to write all of your thoughts and worries down before you go to bed so that they aren't in your head. I know it isn't for everyone, but it's just a thought.

Hugs for primmer (I forgot when you mentioned AF visiting), flee, pot8o and Rebekah.

Best of luck for your exam tomorrow penguin. I'll be thinking of you and keeping my fingers crossed.

QQ I hope your OV is just aware that DH isn't around, and is waiting for him. :)

AF still here, so no BDing yet. I'm making a late dinner (I needed a sleep after a hectic afternoon of supply and then waterloo road was on) of veggie chicken style burgers, sweetcorn and HM sweet potato wedges with sweet chilli dipping sauce. Hopefully lots of nutrients in those to get our bodies ready. ;)

Hugs for anyone else who would like one.
