Hi everyone, temp gone up today, on day 20 of cycle and ff still says ov is not detected. Now wondering if i have or if i will ovulate on this cycle.
    Married 09/09/09
  • Well following on from my earlier posts on page 155, I took another test today after "feeling pregnant" (can't explain it, but I sort of just knew) and the second line came up after about 2 seconds...so I am pregnant according to that anyway!

Not really prepared for that result, given we've only been trying since mid-August, so I've been panicking, though my husband is as cool as a cucmber about it!

Well done you! So glad the test was actually positive for you last week!

ohh nikki, thank you so much !! i am so confused right now, i stopped around the 15 set... but i am sure i ovulated a week before that, then the calculator now tells me i ovulated on the 30 set ( taking into account my period(stopping pill) starting on the 15 set- as you suggested)... i had unprotected sex last week as i decided to leave it and it will happen when it does, not putting pressure. So what is this all pain i have been suffereing since sunday/monday and my face is like i am having a period, lots of spots, my chest hurts, my mood is funny too... i really dont understand. i could not sleep 2 days ago because of cramps, i got up thinking i was covered in blood... but it is not happening :s

:mad::mad: Just got back. I HATE doctors and gynaecologists most of all. Having asked what our plans were after the miscarriage, and being told that we wanted to try again, the f*ing imbecile, asked how old I was, referred to our previous difficulties in conceiving, then leaned back in his chair, and said "well it wouldnt be the end of the world if you never had another baby"

    How insensitive!!!

    hello ladies

i am TTC #3 and have been since march 2009, DS2 was born nov 2008 i them went on the pill till march 09 and havetaken nothing since.
i have very long and irregular cycles the longest being 6 months. i feel i suffered 2 very early MC, no pregnancy test confirmed the pregnancy but my AF's were very different (obviously for gross factor wont go into it lol) one in may 2010 and one in feb or march this year.

i've been tested for PCOS but that was negative, my doctor ran some tests recently it appears that i'm not producing enough progeterone, so little in fact the test couldnt pick it up, this in turn caused me to not ovulate and it is probably teh cause of all my cycle prblems and looking at the list of symptoms most of my 'i feel pregnant syymptoms'

i feel really deflated, the first few days i cried then i )thought) i'd excepted it and now i'm broody again and realise that i hadnt excepted it just ignored and hope it would sort itself.

the doctor said they cant/wont help me as i have 2 kids already, and just got the usual lose weight and exercise!

maybe if i lose some weight it wil help, who knows.

sorry to rambe just wanted to share with people who get it :)

Hi and welcome to the thread! :hello:

    That's a shame the doctor won't help you. :(

We have a thread here about trying to lose weight before pregnancy: https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/3505869
