Hi again, thanks for all the congratulations, that's very kind of you all.

What is BFP though please? I keep on trying to work it out, but to no avail?!!

Also, no it's not out first, we have a 4 year old also.

Whattodonow - so sorry about your cat. As an animal lover I know how upsetting it can be when your pet's ill.

Sexymouse - you're not a bad friend. What you're feeling is normal! The fact you are upset doesn't mean you're not pleased for her and that your a horrible person, it's just about recognising how much you want a baby yourself and learning to deal with that.


The fact that she used to say she didn't want kids doesn't mean anything - she may well have been 'protecting' herself because she didn't think she could have them and many women (myself included) don't get that maternal kick as early as others.

Not necessarily. Progesterone only rises after you ov. If you haven't ov'd when you had the Day 21 test (should be taken at 7DPO), then obviously, your progesterone will come out low.

Why not go private and ask for some Clomid?

maybe if i lose some weight it wil help, who knows.

You've been TTCing for a long time (((hugs))).

I don't know you, but I think since you already have 2 children, you and your DH's body works OK, and the problem may be catching your ov. Do you use OPKs or temp?

i actually ahd the tests done later than 21 days, more like 6 weeks. hence why doc thinks i didnt ovulate.
it doesnt help that in feb i had a infection in my uterus, they didnt know what sort of infection lol but she put me on strong antibiotics.

i'm wondering if my smear test results have anything to do with it too, i had a test in march which came back with changes, so had one a weeks ago waiting for the results but she did say i have an erosion on my cervix and i bled heavily when she did the test, so much so she thought i'd actually started AF. that was last tuesday....AF showed up today so the blood wasnt that. I know they probably have nothing to do with each other but i do worry like my body isnt letting me get pregnant because something isnt right...i over think things because my cousin was diagnosed with cervical cancer at 28 yrs old, she the same age as me and its scares me. she was lucky she had a hysterectomy, she doesnt have kids but shes never wanted them so she doesnt seem to mind.

I'm so confused. I thought I had EWCM a couple of days ago, but now there isn't. I don't know what's going on with my cycle. I had what looked like LOADS of EWCM as I was spotting to the end of the m/c but I dismissed it because I didn't think it was possible, but everything I've read makes me think that it could well have been.

Aaaargh! Oh well, DH and I have BD'd pretty much every day since I stopped bleeding, so if I have ovulated and not noticed, I doubt I've missed it!

For those of you who have had a m/c and use OPKs - can you remember how long after it you ovulated?

This is just annoying me now. And I feel sick because I ate too much for lunch [/grump]

Whattodoknow – oh no, I hope your Kitty makes a good recovery. Earlier this year one of my cats came home covered in blood (she’d been attacked by a fox). I was really upset and worried so I know how it feels. Just remember cats have 9 lives

Mrsshaz – I don’t think your tests will be linked. You hear of women who find out they have cell changes etc whilst they are pregnant so I don’t think it prevents it. Hope you get your results soon and that everything is ok. I’ve just gone through it all and have had treatment and am waiting on the results to say that I’m all clear and can then be left alone for 6 months

QQ – you were right yesterday. I don’t think its AF. Today I’m back to spotting/light flow so I think it’s my cervix still recovering from the treatment. And there I was thinking the bleeding had stopped .

Timing is everything for progesterone testing:o

I didn't use OPKs, but I was positive I ov'd before the mc op:p
Had great ewcm (baby was dead from a week before).
