    hello ladies

i am TTC #3 and have been since march 2009, DS2 was born nov 2008 i them went on the pill till march 09 and havetaken nothing since.
i have very long and irregular cycles the longest being 6 months. i feel i suffered 2 very early MC, no pregnancy test confirmed the pregnancy but my AF's were very different (obviously for gross factor wont go into it lol) one in may 2010 and one in feb or march this year.

i've been tested for PCOS but that was negative, my doctor ran some tests recently it appears that i'm not producing enough progeterone, so little in fact the test couldnt pick it up, this in turn caused me to not ovulate and it is probably teh cause of all my cycle prblems and looking at the list of symptoms most of my 'i feel pregnant syymptoms'

i feel really deflated, the first few days i cried then i )thought) i'd excepted it and now i'm broody again and realise that i hadnt excepted it just ignored and hope it would sort itself.

the doctor said they cant/wont help me as i have 2 kids already, and just got the usual lose weight and exercise!

maybe if i lose some weight it wil help, who knows.

sorry to rambe just wanted to share with people who get it :)

Can someone give me a hand ?

As i said, i took the pill for 9 days this month then stopped, bled for 3/4 days then we had sex some days with protection some days without. my period is usually on the 4th each month, today, it has not come yet, i tested 2 days ago and it was negative.

Because i already kinda had a period, should i expect my normal AF to return ? I dont know what to do, i had bad mood and my face is covered in spots !

You aren't having a period when on the pill, but a withdrawal bleed when the hormones stop. So you had a withdrawal bleed when you stopped the pill, and you can count day 1 of that bleed as the first day of your cycle. So in theory you should expect your next period about 4 weeks after that bleed, but the first few cycles after you stop the pill are often messed up, and few women have an exactly 28 day cycle anyway.

The bottom line though is that your days of knowing your period starts on the 4th are long gone!
  • Hi all, hope everyone is well!

Back from honeymoon all refreshed, had such an AMAZING time, it really was incredible!

I'm straight back to work tomorrow so one evening this week I will read back and have a catch up on everything that's been going on.

OMG just did another cbd ov stick and got my smiley face :p;):D

    Isn't that freaky?????
:j can we consider pma to be restored then? :p;)
Well following on from my earlier posts on page 155, I took another test today after "feeling pregnant" (can't explain it, but I sort of just knew) and the second line came up after about 2 seconds...so I am pregnant according to that anyway!

Not really prepared for that result, given we've only been trying since mid-August, so I've been panicking, though my husband is as cool as a cucmber about it!
    :j congratulations!

Nicki, you have my sympathies :(
I've had to deal with a LOT of doctors, with all my conditions, and I actually can't think of a single one I haven't wanted to punch/slap at at least some point or another!
I'm glad they did at least offer you early monitoring though - you can use that soon for your next, very sticky, bean! ;):D

Fannyanna, I hope this is real Af, and that it's clearing the way for your healthy mum & bub bean ;) hope you're feeling less miserable too :)

    to everyone else
