i said ok, when do i count AF, spotting or full flow he said 'you mean you can tell the difference?'. no wonder i went requesting a referral to the consultant
:eek: It's just so scary that these are the people in control of whether we get referred and what sort of treatment we can have. Sometimes it really does amaze me how little they know... and how little they get how much we know, iyswim.
Have got to try and get an appt with my GP to get the metformin and am dreading it. The consultant has written down everything and explained exactly what he wants prescribing, but I just know the GP is going to be difficult about it and it will take ages. It was the same with the prostap injections.0 -

Hello, the date for IVF egg collection is this Saturday:j
The egg follicle grew amazingly during this 2 days.
Normally it grows 1-2mm/day but this one grew 7mm in 2 days:p
Hope it doesn't burst before Saturday:shocked:
Lilymay, good luck with losing that little bit of BMI. I know some insist on being below BMI25, but you are so close:)
onlywayisup, hope this is the cycle for you:cool:
atton, thank you for typing out all the foods men should eat:cool:
Edam? What does edam cheese have that other cheese don't:huh:
Birdie, glad you got the CD21 test on CD25. They should rename it to 7DPO test:cool:
As for your OH, remember, men tends to hate going to the doctors in general:D
Tea lover, 1million sounds low to me. Did he spill some?
niknok, hugs for AF:(
Let's hope this will be your cycle:)
Needhelpsaving, welcome:wave:
Massive hugs for your ectopic:( Are your tubes OK?
I've added you to the list on the first page, let me know if you'd like to add your age:)

There is literally no end to the silly questions here so you're in very good company. It's great having people to talk to about cervical mucus, sore b00bs, peeing on sticks and all the other TTC things that just don't go with polite conversation :rotfl:.

Nope. They said the volume was normal, just not much in it! But the consultant did say that it's impossible to draw any conclusions from one test so we now just have to wait till the next SA at the end of august. In the meantime I'll get started on the clomid and metformin so hopefully that will help things along.
Trying to look on the bright side, I think it may finally convince him to cut down the nights out lol. Although not this weekend as he's 40 on sat so a bit of partying is allowed.
Sending good follicle vibes your way.

CD1 for me today. So now I get to use my trial CBFM
Sorry I've not been around much lately, work has been manic to say the least (which seriously cramps my forum surfing!) Hope everyone's OK.You can do anything, make anything, dream anything. If you change the world, the world will change.0 -

Thanks for the welcome (I'm 25).
Unfortunatley, I had to have my right fallopian tube removed. They say they checked the left and it's healthy, so thats good.
If i'm honest I am a little scared about it happening again - without meaning to be nosey - is there anyone else here who is trying again after miscarriage?2022 Target - Reduce new mortgage balance after house move - Part 1 (Ported) Starting balance £39,982.12 currently £37,242.19 Part 2 Starting Balance £101,997.88 currently £96,197.38 (as at 19/04/2022)0
